I ordered sausage and egg muffin on the app , buy one get one for a dollar. On the menu says 2.79 but they charge me for 4.69 a sandwich. I ask why, manager keeps saying its not possible, not possible… wth? Scam from Mc Donald . How can he be a manager? Is there something better he can say or Is there something he can fix ? No I guess not.

I don't order here often, but most times items are missing from the bags and I have to circle back around to get them. The staff are always nice, but it's a matter of inconvenience. It's McDonalds food. Nothing different as far as taste, but I will say. I don't have this issue or any when I visit the Charlotte Hall location.

This particular restaurant always has fresh, hot food with a smile. It's food and service I can depend on, and I'm not a huge fast food eater.
I went into the McDonald’s in Leonardtown, Maryland. I ordered a big Mac meal with no metal bun. No center bone. I repeated this three times they gave hey with fries and somebody else’s sandwich I said this is not a big Mac. I need a big Mac. They gave me a big Mac with no bun. I told them it’s supposed to have the top and bottom button so they sent me to the other window she came out still couldn’t understand what I wanted, after telling her 3 to 4 times what I wanted then I said just give me whatever I have to get to work. I don’t have time to this. I have no problem with people that have English at as their second language what I have problems with is if you’re gonna have somebody work the window they need to understand simple English .

The play area (is only for children 3 & under) is pretty cute for this age group. However, it can use some serious vacuuming. There was what **seemed to be "age-old" pet hair (or some kind of furry looking hair), bundled up with the mix of loose rubber from the floor mat and other dusty debris all around and absolutely no sanitizer in this area. I noticed that McDonald's franchises have changed it's whole in door look and has eliminated their entire "self service area" but why am I having to ask for or be waiting in line for **napkins and straws? (Had to vent with that last one, folks). Oh also, this wasn't during "rushhour", as there were aprox. less than 15 total customers (all ages) in the building, and the restrooms hadn't been checked in who knows how long, so there was no TP in the only one with the changing table, of course. If I hadn't just changed a diaper and had wipes on had, this would have been a far more interesting review. So.... Food - was McDonald's quality (got what I wanted) The dining area - was clean Employees were - Nice, friendly, and helpful (offered and brought a high chair).
