I don't order here often, but most times items are missing from the bags and I have to circle back around to get them. The staff are always nice, but it's a matter of inconvenience. It's McDonalds food. Nothing different as far as taste, but I will say. I don't have this issue or any when I visit the Charlotte Hall location.

The play area (is only for children 3 & under) is pretty cute for this age group. However, it can use some serious vacuuming. There was what **seemed to be "age-old" pet hair (or some kind of furry looking hair), bundled up with the mix of loose rubber from the floor mat and other dusty debris all around and absolutely no sanitizer in this area. Idk what has happened to this mcds in the last month and a half but they are so slow and unprofessional. I heard a private conversation over the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes. They tried to have the double drive thru line like chick fil a but it is failing miserably.
