Done with yall. How do you keep the doors open in this location? 🤔 maybe pay your drivers a better wage and maintenance for their vehicles you'd have a driver.

I didn’t complain the last time but now we’ve had the same experience. Order a small with sausage, onion and green peppers and a small ham and pineapple. On the first there were ONLY 12 small pieces of saygage on the entire pizza!! On the second there were ONLY pineapple was almost all on one piece and not equally spread across the pizza. My conclusion is either the franchise owner is cutting back on quantities of the add on OR the employees just don’t care and have no pride in there work. At this point I’m not sure I will order from here again even though it is convenient and the delivery driver was very professional and polite.

When I placed my order the manager said give me 30 minutes. I said it will be here I. 30 minutes and he said yes. It is 5:15 and I called to see where my order was and it said it won’t be here for another 18 minutes. That means it will not be here until 5:35pm.

The manager I dealt with yesterday was very nice and helpful and she definitely made my experience the best I normally go to the Charlotte Hall location but was on the way to my sons house and after going here I think I’ll be switching cleaner and nicer here

This store is very poorly run. The crew that is making the food is dirty and covered in food, I was disgusted to watch employees making food without washing their hands. My business orders several hundred dollars a week for employees, but we will not be anymore.

Thank god there is a new manager! Bailey is amazing! She was great with getting my order, and my driver Amy was super nice and early!!! It was wonderful. Will definitely order again.

I gave 1 star just to be able to write a review. I’m very disappointed and refuse to order here again. I ordered boneless and regular wings and they dipped each in the wrong sauce. I called to share and they had the audacity to say it’s nothing they can do but get it right next time.It Won’t Be A Next Time, that’s poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!

Gene really helped me through the ordering process and helped me choose the correct promos. He filled the order in 10 minutes and then proceeded to drive it to my house and bring it in for me. He’s a very sweet boy.

Gene was very professional and respectful young man. Absolutely a gentleman.

Sad to say that when placing a phone order you’re not getting the local store you’re getting a call center that doesn’t even sound domestic. So you can’t make special requests for your pizza outside of the online options. Frustrating if you have eaters that like their pizza one way or another. Last time I’ll be ordering a papa johns pizza.

Let me start that this store is usually on point, it has only messed up my order twice out of two years, but both times, gone out of the way to correct the issue.
