Placed the order online and it wasn’t even started or ready when I was to pick it up at the time I selected online when I ordered. I did order 4 subs, but maybe that was a lot for only two people working behind the counter. Only two people were working which is absurd when it was dinner time- very busy, and there were quite a few people waiting in line to place orders. I waited an additional 30 minutes for curbside pickup and they originally told me when I called the establishment that I would have to come inside to pick up my order, that they were behind. That’s the whole point of doing curbside is not having to get out of your vehicle especially if you have kids, or are sick, injured, etc. Almost forgot the chips and cookies, so I made the worker go back and get what was missing. This is almost the 3rd time my chips/cookies have been missing from my order, so I make sure I check now. Just poor management to only have two workers behind the counter during the most busiest time of day for dinner. This is the first time I’ve ordered from them in several months, as the last time I ordered I found a long piece of black hair in my food. 🤮 This was a good place to eat but it seems like it’s going downhill in the last year. Sad.

This place is horrible. Two people working. One person taking your order has tons of hair on head no hat nor net. Counter where they put lettuce and the other toppings never cleaned off. Lettuce was brown. Just horrible. Behind counter dirty.
Google said your location is open until 10pm. I went to get a sandwich at 8:45 pm on 07/01/25 and the store was already closed

0 stars never eat at this horrible establishment. Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Place is an absolute joke. Ordered online, person picking up my order arrived to get it and was informed part of the order was discontinued so they cant make any of the order (the discontinued item was listed at new on the menu and was an option to order). I called and asked them to refund the order and was informed they cant issue refunds so i asked to just have the 1 sub they had the ingredients made and they refused to do that also since there was a discontinued item on the order. SO they refuse to make the item they can and refuse to refund my money. THAT IS THEFT. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS JOKE OF A PLACE

I actually stopped eating out because of my health. But I will say the majority of the employees at this particular store are very nice and very helpful. Especially the girls. If it wasn't for my health I would buy from subway again because I actually love their food especially their cookies and their tuna subs.

There was no one in line when we arrived. We stood there for 10 minutes and waited for the employees to do to go orders. The one girl acknowledge us and said she'd be right with us. We got tired of waiting and walked out. Shouldn't customers who walk in be waited on first? Not the first time this has happened.
