Husband and I went for the first time last night wonderful little gem food was great sangria was great. Server was the best we had in a long time Husband always has a lot of questions and she answered no problem she explained everything we asked for. Such a great server Paula we will be back to see you?

We had such a good time, eating, drinking Sangria, a chocolate flourless cake and a superb lemon marscapone cake. There was a delicious sherry and finish of expresso coffee. Our server, Dennis, was very knowledgeable of the Tapas and the entire menu! The hostess was a delight to speak to about Spain, the food, and travel. All in all a very enjoyable restaurant!
I heard wonderful things about TapasOlogy and we finally made it in for dinner. The restaurant is small so I recommend calling and making a reservation. My husband and I shared a carafe of the red sangria. It was not overly sweet which we appreciated. They provide complimentary bread. Ours had cheese and some sort of tomato purée (I can't remember the name) that was really good. They also gave us olives and a few small peppers with the bread. For food we ordered the spicy shrimp and tuna empanadas, bombas, and the mejillones marinera. The empanadas were much larger than we expected and both were very good but the spicy shrimp were our favorite. I didn't try the bombas but my husband finished them both and said they were very good. The mussels were cooked perfectly and the sauce they were prepared in was delicious. After dinner my husband had an espresso martini and he loved it. Our server was very friendly and the service was fast. We will definitely be back.

Tonight was our first time at Tapasology in leonardtown for an impromptu date night. Customer service was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and attentive. I loved the cute atmosphere of the restaurant. Dinner and drinks were delicious! We got the Hongos y sobrasada for an appetizer. We got Spanish Meatballs and the Ribeye Steak special for an entree. Will be coming back again!

Overall the decor is very nice and intimate. There was a bit of a wait due to the short staff but the staff was friendly. Food wise I felt as if the main courses lack flavor and wish there could have been more to choose from.

Wow, what a delightful little slice of culture and flavor in southern Maryland. The little plates are adorable and very tasty. We tried all their appetizers and the cake. The flavor were amazing! I highly recommend the Bacalao and the Croquettes. The Spanish style tortilla was also delightful and yummy. The Manhattan was awesome and I had to have 2. They even made a mocktail for wife pregnant wife with lime and cucumber that was refreshing and made her smile.
