I drive an hour one-way to stock up on goodies here each week. It's wonderful to be able to find prepared food without dairy (I can't eat it anymore :( ), gluten (avoid if you have a thyroid condition), or processed sugars, all without a bunch of chemicals and/or unnatural ingredients. Plus, everything is #MadeWithLove. #healthyfood

I've been here maybe 5 times with my little one & by the 2nd time, the owner remembered us. On our 3rd visit, she knew my order 😩

I always get the vegan flatbread because EVERY time it's flawless & made with love. The superfood cookies with chai & turmeric are PHENOMENAL! And friend, go ahead & do yourself a favor by getting TWO brownies, because 1 will NOT make it home.

Fortunate that this place isn't around the corner from me, because I'd practically live here.

The best place ever honestly. Great, clean environment. Incredibly friendly staff & the food is cooked with alllll the love. The vegan flatbread has an indelible hold on my tastebuds - no notes! The brownie I had today requires a return visit all its own. love!

Amazing food and atmosphere!! My favorites are the nourish bowl, chocolate chip cookies, and the fresh smoothies and juices! My husband loves the salmon tacos (I need to try them). The owner is dedicated to serving the community with clean healthy food! My soul just feels so good when I visit here such a peaceful modern atmosphere as well!

Not as far out of the way as you think! Take a drive down Medley's Neck Rd and you'll be pleasantly surprised. Clean, modern restaurant with freshly made, healthy food. Some is vegetarian, some vegan, some gluten free. They also have delicious smoothies, juices and desserts!

This place is soo cute!!! For anyone that needs or likes to eat gluten & dairy free, COME EAT HERE!First, again so cute inside. Second, the staff were SO NICE and welcoming. They felt like they were behind on making everyone's food and offered the room free slices of cake.My friend and I tried the blackened salmon tacos and it was really flavorful! (Next time I will ask for no onions though because I do not like big pieces of onion).OMG AND THE COOKIES ARE THE BEST! I have NEVER been able to cook with almond flour; it always falls apart. I have no idea what their secret is but the cookies are fluffy and soft, but don't fall apart and taste great!I will be back :)

Absolutely the best place for healthy delicious food made with love. The chefs and staff are wonderful and the decor is bright which adds to the total experience. They have meals, juice, desserts, breads other offerings to go. I am here every week. I highly recommend this place.Richard

This has got to be one of the best places to eat there is. Healthy and delicious. And, if you have food sensitivities this is a perfect spot.

They have so many healthy whole food plant-based options. They have freshly pressed juice, pre-made or made to order bowls, tacos, smoothies, specialty coffee, etc. I can eat healthier here than at home! Tastes great, too!

Amazing if you like vegan gluten free. The shots are tasty even tho the woman I spoke with said they weren't very tasty. I liked them.
