Miss Abby served my partner and I today, and while we were in line she noticed that I had shown interest in a flavor (lavender honey), and when we came to the counter, insisted I try a sample of it. It turned out to be delicious, and while I didn't end up getting a cone of that flavor, her enthusiasm for sharing interesting or more niche flavors made my trip to The Salted Scoop memorable. Thank you Abby!
3.5 star : Ice cream wasn’t bad kind of too sweet and the price is expensive almost $7 for a single scoop then add tip if you want is more , similar price to known names like Ben and Jerry. Personally I think Tip options are crazy just to scoop ice cream. Atmosphere has potential but feels scattered and not cohesive .
Great ice cream for the area, not the best I've ever had but it really is good. The ice cream is pretty heavy and there's none of those little chunks of ice to mess with the consistency. Servings are pretty large and cones are tasty. I do think that some of the fruit flavors could use some actual fruit chunks mixed in but that's more personal preference.
