Friendly owners and great crabs, the good kind

Great little family run crab place. They were super friendly and very very helpful. You're in the area and want some fresh crabs. This is the place to go. Tried many other places to get crab but no one seemed to have any but they did and it was delicious

Ordered a 1/2 bushel of #1's steamed for a weekend cook out. Crabs were ready at the time requested and they were very good. I would definitely order from Blue Point again!

Great food. Absolutely horrible service behind the counter. This is the face the business and I was so struck by how rude the staff was behind the counter. We are paying customers that love your food but will not tolerate obnoxiously rude staff. What a bad experience. This is the second time dealing with rude individuals behind the counter. The cooks are great tho but unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere and not contend with behavior like I just experienced from behind the counter

The crabs are always heavy, packed full with meat and deliciously prepared. We live in Westminster so we use the Blue Point on Jermor Lane all the time. The staff are polite and friendly and prepare the food well. They have outstanding specials on steamed shrimp, shrimp salad, and steamed crabs.

I meant to post back in September but am just getting to it. I cannot say enough about this company and their customer service! My husband wanted crabs for his birthday so I was recommended to BPC Co. Ordering was easy and the lady I spoke to was so kind! I don't eat crabs and have never ordered them in my life so when I picked up the box I assumed it was a bushel. When I got to my house my husband said this is only 1/2 a bushel, it was even written on the box (stupid me). I was panicking because we were having a party that day so I called them to let them know I received the wrong order and didn't have time to run back to their business because our party was about to start and it was 30-40 min from my house. NOT ONLY did this perfect family hand deliver the rest of our crabs to my doorstep within an hour, they gave us nice crab knives, a bottle of crab seasoning and a gift card! I was blown away by their generosity. I will always buy from them specifically for their amazing customer service but apparently the crabs were amazing too! Thank you again Blue Point Crab Company!
