The food is trash and the service is terrible! Slow all around and the servers all have terrible attitudes. This place is a joke and there's reason why it's always empty.

Food was good but service was about as bad as it gets, two out of four of us got our food initially, but they forgot the dips and the other one of us never got their food. We patiently waited for our fourth person's food to come out and when we finally asked, the waitress didn't even know she missed someone's meal turns out she gave it to another table and they said it was wrong and she said oh well just keep it then tried to charge them for it 🤣. In addition, the waitress really never came back, The wings we got were the spicy ones so once we did start eating and our iceless warm tea ran out we were stuck without a drink and were all just sitting around burning up and had to go to the bar and ask for a pitcher of water after about 15 minutes or so of waiting and looking for the waitress to which she was just in the back the whole time. Definitely won't go back to this Buffalo wild wings service was a zero out of 10. By the way this was on a Saturday at 2:00 p.m. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

This BWW is a complete mess. I ordered my food to go and unfortunately for me I didn’t check the bag before I got home. I got Bonesless wings instead of the traditional I had ordered. which changes the style sauce they used completly for my lemon pepper and i’m actually severely allergic to eggs so I wasn’t able to eat mine at all since it contains eggs. Both fries I ordered were hard and looked like they sat under a heat lamp for an hour. My finance atw two wings and the rest went in the trash. For $50 it was a shame. I called within the same hour of getting my food to try and get something else remade, but the manager was too busy and wanted me to leave a note for them to get back to me in the morning. It’s been 3 days and it’s disappointing they don’t care about the satisfaction of their guests who spend money there. I’ll never choose to eat at this location.

I orderedtake out at 7:20 this afternoon 9/11. Pick up time was 7:40 I got my food at 8:38 after watching multiple people get their food an hour after I ordered mine. I asked for 6 traditional original buffalo wings, I got boneless (it was also bogo so I should’ve gotten 12 if that’s what I ordered) the ice cream was clearly the first thing they made as it was a puddle in a box I gave it to the manager, he did not return. I asked another employee if they could please check, they did not return. So I left. I had to ask for my ranch that I paid for and the drinks. I paid $30. Never again lol.

Spent almost $70 on food on 8/31. Pick up time said 6:30, arrived at pick up time and there were already two people ahead of me, one which waited 15 mins already with no one assisting her. 4 more people came in after me. Finally one of the people ahead of me got someone’s attention and asked for assistance. Every single person in line received their food before me, didn’t receive mine until 7:00 pm. Got home just for all the food to be cold and nasty! Didn’t even bother to waste my time going back to the restaurant as I was already frustrated from waiting 30 mins past pick up time. Have contacted customer service 3 times, with no reply! Will never again waste my time or my money on this place!

Placed an online order for pick up at 8:42 pm received email that food would be available for pick up at 9:20pm. Arrived at location to see multiple ppl including delivery drivers waiting. Several waiters/waitresses made eye contact and didn’t address any of us. One guy waiting practically walked into the kitchen to be helped. Food came out at 10pm just for the order to come out wrong with one of my wings not being sauced right. 80 wings total with sides. It’s always wrong tjme and time again. I will take my chances driving 45 min to the location in Waldorf to se if the service is better

If you want extremely slow service from the bar, and to wait 30 minutes for food that they actually don’t have available, you should come here. Drink was strong. Also, good luck finding your server/bar attendant.

Our food was good while our service was lacking. Our server never checked on us while checking on others around him. The only person to check on us is who I'm assuming was the manager.

We sat there for 20 minutes and nobody came to greet us, we were very hungry and wound up leaving because nobody came to us. Mind you they were not busy at all, whatever system they have is not working. Do not come here.

Walked in last night at 8 and waited for 15 minutes while every single employee in the restaurant made eye contact with me and then continued vacuuming or chatting with customers already inside. At one point, a family walked in that clearly knew a waitress and was immediately seated while I and another gentleman in the waiting area were ignored. Food was acceptable, service was not.

Worse place I ever ate. Had a large party in our group. A lot of people at table never got their food even after telling waiter a few times. Asked to speak to manager and all he had to say was first come first serve. Won’t be back

We have come here several times because the food is good but every time we come i am reminded of how run down it is. It was actually raining inside from a leak in the roof right next to our table and half of the restaurant was closed due to water problems. It was an extraordinarily rainy day so we could semi-understand but then the food was delivered in odd ontervals and was cold. My husband got his meal 5 minutes before my oldest daughter and I, and then my youngest had to wait THIRTY+ MINUTES for her food because they messed it up. My husband got 2 carrots and 2 celery with his wings and one of the carrots was moldy. The waiter was apologetic but we never heard from a manager nor did we get a discount on our bill. Unfortunately we will be crossing this location off our list.
