Ordered online for pickup. The confirmation specifically stated: "Go straight to the pickup shelf to grab your order". My daughter went to pick this up and they said they didn't have it. After 10 minutes of searching they told her she was supposed to pick it up from the drive thru. How would we know that!? So not only was the food cold but the portions were so ridiculously tiny. I ordered 3 hard tacos. The shells were almost burnt, 1 was broken, and the toppings were packaged separately. There was a condiment container with cheese, the sour cream container was only half full. It was a joke. Will never go back to this chipotle.

Always a good go to if you can catch them at a slow time. But this is a very popular spot and can get busy. A typical Chipotle restaurant 🤷🏽♂️

Took my son and husband here. We all got bowls. The amount of meat they gave us was extremely small. We got the brisket and it was very fatty .Then the girl doing the sour cream put a huge amount on . My bowl was literally soupy🤢.The queso was not hot, in fact it was thick and clumpy.
I know the place is new and they need to iron out the bugs, but maybe give the employees better training.

I keep going back here thinking they'll be better and fix themselves. Literally every single time they screw up my order or forget items. I used my reward points for free guacamole. Guess what they conveniently forgot? Never had a cold Coke here either. Food is subpar. Go literally anywhere else to get real Mexican food.

Not impressed with this Chipotle at all. We spent almost $40 for our food n drink and the food was completely disgusting. There is no way that food was fresh. My husband has always wanted to try Chipotle so I decided hey let's go. His dinner and mine tasted like it had sat out for a few days. I may as well had thrown $40 off my balcony. Even the restaurant was full of angry people waiting. As long as they waited I hope they at least got a decent meal cuz we sure didn't. I do NOT recommend this disgusting place one bit. Simply gross.

Tammy, behind the computer, never stops smiling. She really is great at her job. I eat at Chipotle about six times a week, and this is my favorite Chipotle by far.

The food is always great, but hit or miss on if your order is correct when picking up online orders or getting delivery (missing ingredients like lettuce or salsa on burrito bowls). For the price Chipotle costs, the attention to detail needs to be better at this location.

Skimpy on the meat and the dining area was foul. Spilled food on every table and messes on the floor. I had to battle an army of Flies while eating my burrito. Not very clean and I wouldn't want to know what the back of house looks like

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Chipotle recently, and I’m honestly left questioning whether I’ll ever return. To start, the portion sizes were shockingly small. I’ve been to Chipotle before, and while I know it can vary a bit, this was just unreasonable. My bowl was barely filled—there was almost no rice, very little protein, and hardly any toppings. It honestly felt like I was getting half of what I usually expect for the price.
But what really ruined the meal was the overwhelming amount of sour cream they piled on top. It was drenched, to the point where it was completely masking the other flavors. I’m a fan of sour cream in moderation, but this was just excessive. It made everything soggy and unappetizing. The sour cream completely took over the taste of everything else in the bowl. I couldn’t taste the rice, the beans, or even the meat. It was all just a soggy, creamy mess. I couldn’t even finish my meal—what should’ve been a satisfying dinner turned into a wasted experience.
For the price, I expect much more, both in terms of portion and quality. This was just a letdown on every level. I’m really disappointed, especially because I used to enjoy Chipotle, but after this, I’m not sure I’ll be coming back. It felt like they just didn’t care about the quality of what they were serving, and that’s not something I’m willing to pay for again.

This is my second time at this Chipotle. No is ever at the window when pull up. Even past your pickup time. The lady did finally come had a very bad attitude. It took another ten minutes past pickup time to get my order. I saw an employee take a quesadilla out of oven with her bare hands cut it and put it in the box. The lady that finally brought my order was nice. But, my green chile salsa was missing from my order. It took more 20 minutes to get this order.

I had to wait through the line and ask for my mobile order, it was behind the counter instead of on the rack. Not a big deal.
