Service received a 4 due to the last two days I grabbed breakfast for work my order has been incorrect. Unfortunately by the time I noticed it I am at work already. Yesterday I asked for a bagel egg bacon and cheese instead I received it on a croissant. Today I asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel made sure I spoke slow and said it loud. I got to work was surprised to receive a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel, no bacon. The morning I fill it’s like you get what you get and take it service. Normally I have no issues with this place at night, but they need to repeat the order in the morning since they are getting it wrong and people don’t have time to go back to get it fixed.

The ice cream was good(your standard Hersheys ice cream). The employee was very ice and offered samples to the kids and gave us large scoops. My only complaint is, it is a little dingy and looks like a converted Dunkin/ Basken Robbin’s.

Very great shop, cute and comfortable atmosphere. AMAZING ICED COFFEE! Some of the best in town, 100x better than Dunkin! My only caveat is that for a place called Donut Connection, the donut recipe needs updating or something because I have yet to eat a donut there that I really liked.

Ordered a black iced coffee and two sausage croissants. Was handed a hot coffee and one sandwich. They were less than friendly.

Horrible customer service, the lady who took my order she was being rude and disrespectful.
Even say “ I don’t understand you and started saying blah blah” very disappointed.

Yall need a new intercom and mic system. There was clearly a very large miscommunication due to it because our whole order (which was pretty simple) was wrong. We got to the window and my husband was handed the wrong doughnut.. he only wanted one but at least the lady working was very kind and fixed it for him. Then as we were heading down the road getting ready to eat what we thought were two everything bagels with extra cream cheese we found two very plane and barely toasted bagels with hardly any cream cheese at all. And the latte with just a little sugar was a latte with a lotta sugar... there was no language barrier and we all understood each other perfectly well at the window.. my husband even asked if he should just order at the window because the intercom was such junk. We will just bypass that and go to the window next time.

lol I’ve only been through the drive through ( both times around midnight, but the lady who works the night shift is friendly and fast! Highly recommend the angel donut - the filling is delicious ?
