Firehouse Subs Lexington Park

VERY Clean, professional & PATIENT staff while making up my mind to order & delicious 😋 sandwiches.

I love to take Firehouse Subs, and most times, it is great, but today it was mid at best. First, only two people were working on a Friday night and everyone's orders took a long time. Secondly, one of the people working seemed like they didn't want to be there and their level of customer service was horrid. My wife's large sub only had two pieces of onion on it and when my wife commented about it, this person was rude about it and was more interested in locking the door than offering the onion that should have been on the sandwich. Lastly, the bathrooms were unkempt and the drink machine had several things out.

We normally enjoy the experience but tonight made me question if the owners know or care about how customers are treated. I'm hoping that ownership cares and will make changes. It wasn't enjoyable for a place we used to enjoy. I hope it gets better. My recommendation would be to not wait too late in the day to get food here.

What is the point in offering customization on your subs if your employees are not going to give the customer the food they requested?!? Got charged $1.20 for extra cheese on my sub and it had one tiny slice of cheese on it, requested to add olives and they did not put any olives. Asked for extra pickle on side and they did not give me that. Also asked for oil and vinegar and it did not have that. They literally just made the sub how THEY felt like making it, not what I wanted......will never go back here, atleast at subway I can watch them make my sub PROPERLY

Firehouse Subs in Lexington Park is always a reliable stop for a great sandwich. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the subs come out fresh and packed with flavor. I really like how they steam the meat — it makes everything taste better. My go-to is the Hook & Ladder, and it never disappoints. Definitely one of the better spots for a quick lunch around here.

The 3 ladies worked as a team while providing customers a great restaurant experience! I ordered the Tuna Salad sub and it was delicious.

The service was excellent but my order was not right. I'm not sure if they gave me someone else's order but I was highly disappointed to go all the way home and not have what I ordered. What a missed opportunity smh

I called and they rectified the mistake. They gave me someone else's order and was apologetic. It's an honest mistake but at least they realized it and that satisfied my disappointment.

It was okay my bread was soggy so I had to go back in and get a new piece.

Took almost 40 minutes to order and get my sub

Paid for kids meatballs but they were out. Switched to kids grilled cheese needs improvement. It was bad enough I made my kids homemade instead.

The only problem was that maybe 80% of the sodas flavors in the machine were gone. Service was excellent though, as always.
