As an expert on cheesesteaks I have to say that there is no place in St Mary’s county that nails every aspect of a true cheesesteak like Jerry’s. The meat is seasoned well, the bread is perfectly soft and it is frankly enormous for the price.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years, but I’m really disappointed with how much the quality and service have declined over the past year.
The last several times I ordered, the fries were consistently wet and underseasoned, the buns were soggy—especially on the bottom—and the meat was dry and lacked flavor. I even brought this up before and was told it would be taken care of, but nothing changed. The same issues kept happening, and it felt like my feedback was ignored.
I’ve given it multiple chances because I truly wanted things to improve, but at this point, it just feels like no one cares about maintaining the quality that once made this place great. It’s disheartening to say, but I won’t be coming back.
I hope you take this seriously for the sake of other customers, even if it’s too late for me.

The customer service is at a all time low. The chasier is very rude she never greets me properly. She got the order wrong and when asked to correct it she got an attitude and started to curse me in her language to her peers in my presence. I know many of you can relate. It's what many of foreigners do. So I just left without the order. It made me wonder about the food. Today was my last day patronizing this establishment. I will never go where I'm not respected and appreciated. I don't like mad food.

It's freezing in this place, as they don't have the heat on and it is freezing outside. I don't know which one is colder. And I got the veggie fried rice and the rice wasn't cooked the whole way. So not very happy with this place.

We placed a large order and there were some items not delivered and 1 that was wrong all together. I called the store and magically they didn’t have my name or order number. Zero help, no correcting the wrong. Just missing food and wrong food. $105 wasted.

I am definitely allergic to tomatoes a specifically told her no tomatoes on a steak and cheese sub I get home and it took me 15 minutes to get home and open my sandwich and I have tomatoes so I can't even eat it
Just tried the philly cheese steak sub and it was so GOOD!!!! I love going here. Their comfort good is always hot and amazing. I will be definitely going again for the food and the service. Jerry and Sons is definitely top notch quality and quantity.

I love the Chinese food. Most places are stingy with shrimp and such, you get like 4 pieces and that's it. NOT here. You get a great shrimp to noodle ratio on the Mei fun and the sesame chicken is so yummy. Plus it's close to work and quick!
