I'm not sure what happened to this location. complete chaos at lunch. Employees know it and still continue to proceeded. I ordered a #16 yesterday at 11:45. I watched them destroy my sandwich, The last guy in the assembly line said what are you doing to the second to last(tallest young man) He tried to fix it but it was too late. It look like someone set off a stick of dynamite under it. The bread was torn in a few places, a half of a tomato was on the bottom. (how do you destroy think cut wheat?) I watched countless people not know what order who's was who's. Yelling out lulu club isn't helpful. please add a name or number and lets do some training once in a while. You can not not do worse.

Awesome subs!

Always get the Jimmy John pickle, even if you don't like pickles. You can give it to that one person in every family that loves pickles.

It’s fine, but they are so slow. Every other JJs I’ve been to, they have your sandwich ready before your transaction goes through. It’s why they call it Freaky Fast. It takes like 15-20 minutes every time here.

The cashiers almost never seemed trained, like do not know how to enter something that’s on their menu, trained. I went in and the kid actually thought he should charge me for a remake before someone stepped in. Then that person who stepped in thought they were sicing me I guess because they put bacon on my tuna sandwich. My tuna sandwich for my girlfriend that does not eat meat. (He couldn’t have known that but why tf would you put bacon on a tuna sub). The sandwich is wrong 90% of the time and sometimes still wrong after remakes. You never see the same crew so I don’t know if the turnover rate there is just crazy or what. The food is good when it’s made right (after 1-2 attempts). I would not recommend this location at all, especially if it’s later in the day.

This location has continued to disappoint me on multiple occasions over the last couple months. I continued to return in hopes to get the sandwich I have ordered and enjoyed many times before. With only adding one simple ingredient (cheese) to their base tuna sandwich recipe. Without fail the last couple of times I have paid to add cheese and have not received it. This has led to multiple interactions leading to a lack luster remake of my sandwich and a frustrating outcome each time as no one wants to have to constantly correct or return their food. While I told myself after so many times that i wouldn’t be returning, I still wanted to give it a chance.Tonight was the last time I will be returning. Went in to get the tuna sandwich add cheese and they made it with ONLY cheese. Referring to the receipt it says *ADD*. No big deal. At least there is cheese at all. My partner asked for a remake and was met by the cashier trying to ring him up for a REMAKE of a sandwich that’s been paid for. After having to explain MULTIPLE times that we did not want an additional sandwich but the one we ordered made correctly. The manager Jeremy at this point had acknowledged my partner and said that he would remake it. Not to mention we had paid for 2 large fountain drinks and there was only powerade available which the cashier DID NOT mention prior to having us pay for the drinks. Again, no big deal. Sucked it up and got powerade. So after a painful long interaction of trying to explain what i wanted on the sandwich (the base ingredients add cheese) we received the sandwich and went on our way. Got home and the tuna sandwich had bacon. I DO NOT eat meat. Drove 15 minutes back to the store to get a refund. Was met with a subtle apology by the manager Jeremy. Look, if you want to eat here that’s fine but seriously consider how much patience you have, to have to get a sandwich here.

As this is the second time this has happened I feel inclined to leave a review. Attached is the photo of a turkey Tom from this location that has ONE piece of turkey on it. This is a sandwich that cost me over 8 dollars for bread and ONE piece of turkey. This location should be ashamed!

Had a issues with the young man/cashier (Christian) being rude. He didn't know what he was during and kept getting smart. Lucky for him the manager Rebecca stepped in and apologized. The young lady that prepared the sub was telling me, it's a $1 tax on every $6 spent. She had no clue to what was going on and the manager apologized for the both. I was overcharged after I stated three times, I wanted the basic $12.29 meal. Date 5/7/24 @2:17pm store#2225
