After taking a sip of my disgusting water, I noticed that the inside of the bottom of my cup was dirty. Not even a little dirty. I'm not even sure how I didn't notice it immediately. The bottom of the inside of my cup was plastered with this brown substance, what I assume to be old dried up sweet tea. To the point that I was able to use my straw to scrape the bottom of the cup to cause brown particles to float around inside my cup and even up the straw. When the server or manager, whatever he was, came back, I pointed it out to him and asked if he'd like to take it back. He takes my cup, notices how disgustingly dirty it is, and walks away. He doesn't even apologize. He doesn't even bring me back a new water. Nothing. He acts like it didn't even happen, like it wasn't an issue whatsoever. Absolutely unacceptable! Whoever this person was that was "taking care" of us needs to just quit or be fired. The guy is not suited for customer service, ESPECIALLY in the restaurant industry.I wish I had taken a picture of the cup before he took it back because it was THAT unbelievably disgusting.TLDR; Disgustingly dirty cup, and terrible (nonexistent really) customer service.P.S. Don't bother wasting your time apologizing to me about how your company fell short, and then ask me to go on your company's website to write my experience on there. I've wasted enough of my time visiting your restaurant and then having to write this review to warn people of your subpar cleanliness and lack of customer service. Not even sure how this place is rated a 3.9.

Got 2 large pizzas the this past Wednesday night. Absolutely worst ever! It was like the didn't have enough dough and spread it out where there was hardly any crust. Very skimpy on the toppings and cheese too. Never again...will stick with the Leonardtown location.

If I could give a zero I would. To be fair we have eaten here before which is why we decided to eat there again. Well this time was a disaster and the Manger 'Carlos' ( I promise this is not his real name). We paid over $80 for our order and one of the containers was completed cracked, broken open and had spilled all over my car. I called the restaurant the manager'Carlos' cut me off so what do you want to do about it? So I drove over to the restaurant and showed him how our food was served. He then tried to say we broke it! Why, what possible benefit do I get from having BBQ sauce all over my car?I've only been there twice, but my little change will always go to another restaurant. Considering it was lunchtime on a Weekend right across from the base and the place was dead, maybe the should rethink their customer service.

We are staying here from out of town. The place looked amazing online. However, the pizza came out and the crust was thick and NOT cooked all the way. The sauce on the pizza was overwhelming. We left the entire pizza on the table, after only a couple bites. Manager did not even say a word or ask about it. Very disappointing.
