Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered the wrong pizza, but they still worked to make it right. I really appreciated this courtesy. Really good people and good pizza

So we just get home with 2 large pizzas. And once again a big disappointment. Some of the cheese isn't even melted and they put so much sauce on it that we are using paper towels to try and get some of it off. No point in calling because they just treat you like someone who wants something for nothing. I have no problem spending money when the food is right but these pizzas look like something a 3 year old threw together. It's so frustrating. So when a manager won't help then it's just too bad so sad for the customer.

Evey time I’ve tried to get delivery the estimated time constantly gets pushed back by an hr and I get a cold pizza. The funny part is when you call the manager it’s like they are just so used to the drivers and workers not making anything in time it’s like talking to another automated voicemail going through the same routine which means it’s not just me it’s happening to. Id rather be locked in a room with the zodiac killer than try to order delivery from here again

We called back after receiving messed up pizzas (we ordered due to having guests over) and called immediately after discovering. They said they would take note of our phone number and remake our order at our convenience. So the next night we called to claim our promised pizzas just to be told, he (the person taking the call) said because he wasn’t here to take that call/order, there is nothing he can do for us and refused to call manager because “he is probably at home sleeping”. Wow incredibly unprofessional. Poor customer service and this location has little to no promo participation in Nationwide advertisement deals.

They get a 4 star because their breadsticks are the BEST. Decent prices. Polite delivery driver. I can't always afford tips, so I am glad the driver was not rude about it.

No good, they think that they are above giving any deals, so when all the other Papa John’s participate in promos, they not only deny any promo codes or coupons, they also charge more on top.

The pizza and other items are always just right, the staff is really nice, and my food is ready when they say it is. This is my favorite Papa John’s of all time. Thanks for being the best!

yeah yeah i got some pizza from here and umm lets just say that i was actually really good. also don't tell anybody i told you this but papa johns gets their Sause from the place from where they get their Sause. and do not forget about Saul

Absolutely horrible service. They gave my carry out order to another person, then had me wait while I was insulted for them to make the new pizza. Absolutely atrocious customer service

I order two pizzas and one of them were cut but the other wasn’t. Then I had ordered a cinnamon pull apart and it tasted like someone sprayed bug spray on it… very disappointed with that.

I would like to make a note about the old bay wings, I love them but I think more old bay should be added. The chicken should have least an overnight soak in old bay batter so that it can be completely infused completely, and before being cooked more old bay should be coated over the chicken, and once it’s cooked, more old bay. Still super good though
