Absolutely horrible service. They gave my carry out order to another person, then had me wait while I was insulted for them to make the new pizza. Absolutely atrocious customer service

I order two pizzas and one of them were cut but the other wasn’t. Then I had ordered a cinnamon pull apart and it tasted like someone sprayed bug spray on it… very disappointed with that.

I would like to make a note about the old bay wings, I love them but I think more old bay should be added. The chicken should have least an overnight soak in old bay batter so that it can be completely infused completely, and before being cooked more old bay should be coated over the chicken, and once it’s cooked, more old bay. Still super good though

Sam was great! Friendly and quick service. Probably the best Papa johns location I've used. Thank you!

Usually everything has been great, but this time I was halfway through my pizza when I discovered what appeared to be a wiry beard hair in my pizza and saw a second strand of hair poking out. I pulled it to make sure... And I wont be ordering from here again.

So, I and my family all like Papa John's flavor over other pizza places. But this Papa John's has become sloppy. This is the 5th order in a row in which my order has been with wrong, delivered upside down or they forgot something. Though they have been good at fixing the issue each time I called, I should not have to call EVERY SINGLE TIME and wait an extra hour to eat. So maybe a review will make a difference. This time, ordered a custom pizza which was supposed to have steak on it along with other ingredients. Guess what, no steak. The sticker on the box says I paid for steak. But at least it was delivered rig. And please, go back to the other box for wing delivery. First off, this new plastic thing pops open too easily and risks dropping it at the door. Secondly...it's plastic vice biodegradable cardboard. Please Papa John's, get your act together and start caring about more than making money. Being by far the most expensive pizza place, make your full experience appear to be worth it. People like my family are loyal enough customers that we'll continue to order, but don't let customer loyalty be an excuse, but a reason to make it right, everytime.

We ordered food last Friday. Suuuuuper basic. Large Pizza, half cheese, half pepperoni, original crust. Spicy pepperoni rolls. Pull apart cinnamon rolls. Total plus $5 tip was $45ish. Expensive imo for what actually arrived. I measured the pizza delivered and total diameter was 11 inches. The SMALLEST “large” pizza I have literally ever seen. And cut alllllll wonky. Like….the slices were nowhere near even. Maybe I’m being picky but it was ridiculous enough to notice and speak up about. A true “wtf” pizza moment. The spicy pizza rolls were made with the same sort of love. Or lack there of. The cinnamon pull parts were fine. Delivery was pretty quick for ordering at 4:15 on a Friday afternoon. The lady I ordered from over the phone was very nice. Those are the only reasons I give even 2 stars. Will never order from here again. Recommend this store take a little more pride in their food and what’s being produced and delivered to customers.

Walked in to order a large 3-topping pizza. The pizza was good, the front worker was nice and respectful, and my order was ready in great time.

Placed a large order ($90), although we had not ordered since the Papa fiasco... I did not feel like cooking for the crew and wanted to try the "EPIC" pep/stuffed crust. Same disappointment as before. 1) Crusts were raw on the pizzas ordered, even though 'WELL DONE BAKE' was selected/requested. (Due to same issue YEARS before.) 2) The 'EPIC stuffed crust' was a DUD - somehow when adding EXTRA CHEESE to the pizza "ALL Pepperoni' was deleted as the pizza we received had a stuffed 'cheese' crust and not one piece of pepperoni on it nor in the crust. Yep, box labelled Epic Pepperoni add cheese - basically a CHEESE PIZZA for $16. Bessie's Revenge from Screamin' Sicilian is only $9.99 in your grocer's frozen section and 10,000% the pizza. Want pepperoni? Buy the stick of REAL pepperoni, slice it and add it to the oven baked pizza you wish you had purchased. Regardless, go to the grocery store, get some QUALITY frozen pizzas and SAVE yourselves the BS & the delivery fee and $$$.

The pizza here is great! The wait time is very reasonable as well, however had an issue with a delivery driver being rude.
