Pax River Ale House provides a consistently positive experience with great service, interesting menu options, and an excellent beer selection. The lemon blueberry bread pudding is a standout, and the onion straws are a delightful addition to their burgers. The ambiance is quiet and enjoyable, with accommodating staff and good food. The back room is a great spot for large gatherings and birthday parties.

The service is great, and the food is very good, even with the very good pricing. The atmosphere is quiet and refreshing, especially during the week. The crab cakes are the best, and the coleslaw and tartar sauce are amazing. A large variety of appetizers and entrees are available, and everything is amazing with fabulous service.

The dinner rolls are outstanding. Customers have enjoyed the salmon and crab cakes, both of which were excellent. The staff was friendly, and the large selection of draft beer was appreciated. The crab dip with pretzel bread is highly recommended, and the meatloaf is a must-try. The place is clean, with a good atmosphere for meeting up with friends and having a few drinks. The bartender, Lucy, was praised for her excellent service and recommendations.
