Just tried to place an order & I spoke with a man named Brandon, I wanted a simple clarification on whether or not the pepperoni is turkey because pizza boli locations are known to serve turkey pepperoni. Brandon’s communication was completely slurred as if he was on drugs and he was unable to comprehend what I was asking and unable to provide me with management or someone that can assist me other than him. This interaction was completely unprofessional. Brandon went on to explain to me from his knowledge he doesn’t know what type of meat the pepperoni is, all he knows is it’s pepperoni. I’ve ordered from here previously so to now hear something different has raised serious concerns on what is actually being served to people and I plan to further escalate this issue with proper management due to this being highly concerning and my safety has been affected.

Service was horrible.. This was my first pizza boli's experience and it will be my last. I tried to cancel my order and was told it was too late. There was nothing they could do. This is the problem with paying online for a pick up order. They could care less about their customers. I am surprised they are sill in business at this location.

If you think for a second you're going to get away with what you did to Graham, you're crazy!! Russell should've told you I DON'T PLAY WHEN IT COMES TO HIM PERIOD! He doesn't want me to do this BUT I will REPORT YOU to EVERY LABOR BOARD I can think of for your UNDER THE TABLE WORKERS you PAY BELOW MINIMUM WAGE THROUGH CASHAPP! The fact that you would do this is CRAZY especially when YOU COULDVE JUST SAID YOU WEREN'T HIRING WHEN HE CALLED! With that being said, HAVE THE YEAR YOU DESERVE!

Pizza was plan. Not much sauce and not much flavor. I got the pepperoni pizza and on the ride home with the pizza in its box I kept on getting a chocolate flavor smell. Weird.

Ordered bacon cheese fries and a tender meal. The fries were burnt with no bacon and hard cheese. The tenders were burnt as well. Looking like dog food. Delivery time was over a hour and 30 minutes.
I tried Pizza Boli's for the first time today and got a large peperoni pizza and wings. Just gotta say that it was very delicious!! I suppose no one ever needs to comment about pizza crust, but they use a seasoning on the crust that is so tasty. This ranks very high on the list of pizza restaurants! I highly recommend Pizza Boli's, you'll love it!

We chose shrimp baskets for dinner, so we decided to use two places, Jerry's Bistro and Pizza Boli. Bolis fries were to brown, they have been sitting for a while and were kind of rubbery on the ends, no crips at all and no cocktail sauce. Dinky round shrimp pieces mixed in with the fries, who does that. Jerrys nice size shrimp, crisp fries, cock tail sauce and soft bread, more presentable. Photos speak a lot, attached.

Placed an online order for my family and waited 1.5 hours for delivery. The tracker wasn’t working properly the status was in “Prep” for an hour. I called the store at 6:41pm to check the status of my order and spoke with Nia and she said “your order is out for delivery and should be there shortly! 33 minutes later the driver arrived . We promptly opened the food and was thoroughly disappointed . The fries were cold, the subs were room temperature and poorly made, the pizzas were room temperature. I called immediately and waited 10 minutes to get a live person. Explained the issue to a staff member and then asked for a Manager who only wanted to identify himself as Zeek. He was rude, irate and very unprofessional. I asked him to redo the food and he screamed “I’m coming to get the food and give you a refund and never order from my business again!” I couldn’t get a word in over his yellling… he finally shut up and I tried to explain that I just had surgery and my 4 kids 3 adults waited patiently for the food and your store messed up so replacing the food was my request! He yelled I will not and hung up on me. I will do this review, call corporate and my credit card company! This is the poorest service I ever received in my life. Paid the bill and tipped the driver well only to be treated like trash! This establishment should be avoided at all cost!You don’t take peoples money, provide a subpar product and get angry because the customer wants what they paid for not trash!
