Ordered through Uber Eats, the store got busy and forgot about my order. Took two hours before my order was finally picked up by an excellent Uber eats driver. The Pizza Hut on a Saturday night at 9PM should not be forgetting orders!

For those of you ordering delivery, an FYI. I've seen some posts in here where customers think door dashers get your tip. They do not if you order through pizza hut. They only give less than half of that to doordash to pass to the driver. Don't be fooled by door dash 100% tip claim. Read closer. It's 100% of tips THEY RECEIVE. If they are only receiving less than 50 from pizza hut, the dasher is getting 100% of 50% of your tip. Thus, when you think you've tipped enough to get a dasher to bring your food hot, if it shows up cold, you know why. Dasher is getting $2 plus 50% of your tip. Yes, that is all we get of the huge mark up, deluvery fee and tip. Ask yourself...would you work for that? Other than that, the workers are cool but I still don't care for pizza hut pizza.

Ordered our pizza and got a call from pizza hut to let the door dasher know when she got to my house that they gave her the wrong order. She then had to go all the way back to the store and wait for them to prep our meal because now the original order would be cold. At least they did that. Pizza hut then called me again to update me on my order and I politely asked if they could throw in a dessert and all would be forgiven. Is that too much to ask? Apparently it is! So after a wait of 1.5 hours and having to tip the door dasher again since Pizza Hut wont pay them anything for their inconvenience we received our original order with NO dessert and NO money credited back NO Nothing......Thank you pizza hut I really appreciated that...... NOT!

Please spread the word!! I used to work at the Pizza Hut in Leonardtown, got fired cause of medical reasons.totally unfair and out of my control. The manager there, BRENDA, BIG LADY, CANT MISS HER is possibly the worst boss that I have ever had. The store she managed in Leonardtown got shut down by inspectors cause it was DISGUSTING. please I beg you find somewhere else to get your pizza fix. This chain is NOT WORTH IT.
