Ordered our pizza and got a call from pizza hut to let the door dasher know when she got to my house that they gave her the wrong order. She then had to go all the way back to the store and wait for them to prep our meal because now the original order would be cold. At least they did that. Pizza hut then called me again to update me on my order and I politely asked if they could throw in a dessert and all would be forgiven. Is that too much to ask? Apparently it is! So after a wait of 1.5 hours and having to tip the door dasher again since Pizza Hut wont pay them anything for their inconvenience we received our original order with NO dessert and NO money credited back NO Nothing......Thank you pizza hut I really appreciated that...... NOT!

Please spread the word!! I used to work at the Pizza Hut in Leonardtown, got fired cause of medical reasons.totally unfair and out of my control. The manager there, BRENDA, BIG LADY, CANT MISS HER is possibly the worst boss that I have ever had. The store she managed in Leonardtown got shut down by inspectors cause it was DISGUSTING. please I beg you find somewhere else to get your pizza fix. This chain is NOT WORTH IT.

Ordered here 5 years ago when I first moved up here and had the worst pizza in my life. Ordered here the other night and it was one of the best pizzas I have ever had and the bread sticks were amazing. I asked for extra seasoning on them, the manager and cook went out their way to satisfy me. Will definitely be ordering here again.

Edit (December 2023): shout out to PH for realizing they can’t deliver pizza and have starting using DoorDash and have seemingly fixed this issue.Same as everyone else. Horrible customer service, slow delivery, my order was wrong every time and they never answer their phone. Sucks because Pizza Hut is my fave but I now refuse to waste anymore money at this one.

Picked up an order for my mother and when I got to the restaurant, nobody and I mean literally nobody at all had on any gloves of any kind! Definitely wouldn’t recommend that anybody eat there

Ordered 2 pizzas and a breadstick after a half hour we got a call that the doordasher picked the food up and then dropped the order and stole the food. 45 minutes later the food was remade and on the way only for the door dasher to mark it as deliver 45 minutes after pickup without actually giving me my food. I will never buy anything from this store again. 2 hours after ordering and I'm still out the money and now I still have to get food from somewhere else.
