Had a nasty attitude, including the manager. Over their own mic/speaker not working. They need to start watching their tone.

Second week without working ice cream machine or drive thru call box.

We waited for several minutes at the order stalls. No one ever arrived or answered the call. Meanwhile multiple employees could be seen smoking outside of walking around inside. We instead went through the drive through and the service and food were alright. The blackberry slushy is very good. The onion rings were basically just scraps, not onion rings at all. Usually at Sonic’s they are much better, so this was a let down.

Went to the window service. After sitting for 10 minutes, I started seeing other cars start leaving. After the screen told us to push the red button to order again, decided they didn't want our patronage and left.

Rolled up to the drive thru last night, sign posted on the speaker to say 'hello' because their system is broken. Tried to order a chocolate milkshake only to be told all the ice cream melted because their machine broke. It's not surprising. Went to Wawa instead and had a much better experience. Anyone leaving a negative review about this place will receive the same garbage insincere response 'We are so sorry about this. Thanks for reaching out. We encourage you to escalate your feedback to the franchise owner so we can hold the drive-in accountable.' Save it. Encouraging customers to provide even more feedback while doing nothing about the issues you've had for years will only make them go elsewhere for a meal, for good. I really hope this place goes out of business.

Pulled into a stall pressed the red button, while I waited I downloaded the app, signed up, browsed the menu, and ordered on the app all while no one answered to take my order. Order never came to the stall after waiting for 15 minutes, went to the drive through to get it. Put a flat lid on my shake so the whip cream was not accessible. Wouldn't go back to this location.

Pushed the red button at the stalled a wait almost 10 minutes to only leave because NO ONE responded to take my order. This was at 10:28am in a Tuesday morning not just at all!! Also there is a Sign on the door that says dining room is closed so you can’t even go inside and ask for service . Unacceptable

Me and my wife placed the order in drive-thru this morning around 11 AM. When we pulled up to the drive-through window, I had my phone ready for Apple Pay. The worker just stared at me through the window. Once she opened the window. She continue to just stare at me without being greeted. After about 5 seconds, she said we do not take tap. I replied “good morning to you as well, OK I can use a card” after paying for my food I asked for condiments, including salt and pepper. She then responded with attitude “We don’t have any” I received my food and drove off. Once I opened my burger I ordered with bacon. I seen a very small portion of bacon it was crumbs (picture attached) not only was the customer service at the store terrible and rude. The quality of the food for spending $30 on two meals was also terrible.

The food is great but service takes too long, and it's like that no matter what day of the week/time of day you go.
I ordered a medium Orion ring ate one and couldn’t eat anymore, they tasted like funnel cake. I also ordered two cherry limeade and both tasted like watered down soda. I went back and told them what was going on and asked for better drinks and mozzarella sticks. The drinks were better but I opened the bag and see I have tater tots which were also disgusting they were fried to long and were hard and also tasted like old grease and funnel cake. I’ve eaten there before and this was the first time it was nasty, I won’t be eating there again.
Been years since I've been to a Sonic and remember it being exceedingly better than this. The tots & mozzarella sticks were overcooked, inedible, & hard. My son loves burgers but didn't care for it at all here and my chili dog was decent (after all, you can't mess up a hot dog and chili).
Waste of $30 bucks and have no interest in returning to any Sonic (at least not this location) anytime soon.
Few things as bad as overcooked tots.
I first tried to eat in the dining area, which was closed. I then pulled up to a stall to order, and got told to go to a different stall due to a bad screen (it was working), and then went to a second stall. This stall had no screen at all. I'm still hungry. Help
