Sonic Drive-In

Never again. Food was subpar and service, not the greatest. They forgot a drink and would not acknowledge me at the window. Took 5 minutes to get someone's attention. The drink fountain is within eye view but they walked away and took a while to come back with the drink. I didn't trust it and it went in the trash. It's a bunch of kids working and I witnessed one preparing a drink and licking what looked like ice cream off her hand before continuing to do what she was doing. Next time the kids want hot dogs, we'll go to 7-11. Better taste and value.

Service is slow!

This afternoon my family stopped by this Sonic and had a great experience and I wanted to share. We ordered through the app and pulled up into the space to await our lunch. The wait didn't feel too long and before we knew it, our food was being delivered by a lovely woman. She started off the interaction apologizing for the delay, we didn't even feel it was delayed. She was so sweet and gracious and we found out she was working the whole location herself. I didn't catch her name but wish I did. If you're the manager of this location, the woman working around 12:15 pm on 10/13 is a gem!

One drive through lane is closed, there's a piece of paper stickered to the drive through screen, there are multiple stalls that are missing their order screens, but i care not

The good is delicious and the service is great. I would be a radically worse person if I couldn't get a cherry limeade every week.

First visit ever to Sonic. Ordered Christy Chicken sandwich. It was overly crisp-barely edible. Not a fan of the fries either

This used to be a nice place with basically good food. Now it is totally filthy, the grounds are all unkept, there’s handwritten notes posted on the broken speaker. And my corn dog tasted disgusting because of the dirty oil it was fried in. I’m afraid to eat anything I bought. Even the person at the window had dirty hands and fingernails. There is one word that will guarantee failure in food service and that word is DIRTY. I will never go back.

Disappointed in this local sonic.. they take forever..even for order ahead.. don't open to 9am so I can't stop on my way to work for my iced tea..orders aren't followed real well and any specials have been disappointing

I really can’t understand why this sonic is so different than any of the others I’ve had. Everytime I order a burger there are always spots that are pink and raw. The customer service is always horrible. I ordered through the drive thru yesterday, asked for ketchup, and the employee gave me a tiny condiment cup with seriously not even a full pump of ketchup. Apparently they were out of ketchup…? To me it seemed like the employee was being petty. I wish I took a picture of the amount she gave because it truly was laughable. I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt time and time again, but when nothing improves after years, that’s an indicator of a much bigger issue. This location might possibly be the worst one out of them all. Please, can someone get it together?! I’m going to start traveling to Annapolis again to get my sonic fix because apparently this location just doesn’t know what they’re doing.

I just wanted to leave a comment on the service we get at the drive thru each time we come here. The employees are always so friendly, and they never make us feel rushed or like we are inconveniencing them.
Tonight we got Joey, and my husband and I really appreciated that he was genuinely kind. We asked questions about the menu and he answered them with no annoyance in his voice. That should be a given with customer service, but it isn't anymore.
We hope the owner or manager sees this and praises their employees for being so nice. Thank you.

slow, nasty, dirty, they dont care, and they employee drug addicts and allow them to come
to work and nod out, they have roaches EVERYWHERE ( thats why the dinning room is closed, due to the mess and bugs, cooks do not wash there hands pr wear gloves when cooking, cooks will go out and smoke a cigarette an come back in and cook without washing hands or using gloves 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Does not have a dining room open. Staff is pretty friendly and the service is pretty quick. Food is just run-of-the-mill Sonic food.
