*Edited to add new development*Y'all are slapping me in the face with this new email. Talking about we're committed to having the best customer experience. Laughing in my face now. Didn't solve the problem whatsoever.Damn clown company!Very poor customer service. And then when you try to give feedback with the company they give you the runaround and ghost you.Last week I placed a mobile order and was quoted a 5 minute wait time. Pull up to the stall at my allotted time, press the red button and am left waiting for at least 2 minutes. First red flag.When we finally got a hold of someone and told them that we had a Mobile pickup they said they'd be right out with our food.Another almost 10 minutes past, still no food. ⛳⛳⛳⛳We set a timer for 5 minutes and just as we were about to start it our delivery person comes out.Nice enough guy. But upon pulling out of the drive-thru and trying to get back to the errands we had stopped in the middle of to get a quick bite, we discovered literally all of the items we ordered were ALL cold as hell!Already running late for our previous engagements we weren't going to turn around and sit and wait another 20-30 minutes to get our order fixed.So instead we left a review with my boyfriend's acct. Now I wasn't really going to do all this with my main account but y'all have just rubbed me the wrong way. And I have time today to speak my feelings. Because I will be heard!For just two corn dogs a medium cheddar pepper and a large mozzarella stick you would think that they would be super easy to make. And if they were made fresh like they're supposed to be.... shouldn't they be hot??So idk what's wrong with this location... Y'all really just serving people old food? I gotta know.Because we literally sent a review and they told us to contact them via email which I ended up doing and I got the runaround and I'm going to actually attach the screenshots since y'all decided to ghost me!So be wary of this company. They say they care about our feedback but I was literally offered a $10 gift card instead of the full amount of $17.96 I spent. I even tried to compromise with them for a $15 gift card & was left on read 2 almost 3 days ago.Not to mention the customer service people literally had me repeat myself three different times on the situation at hand. Kind of ridiculous. You would think there would be a chat log...I feel like my concerns and questions were left unheard and I feel pretty disgruntled.So I'm just telling anyone buy or beware of this entire company!!!

Idk why you can't go in an order anymore. Anyway we pulled up to the drive sit screen. Response time was about a min an half after pressing the button. Order 2 corn dogs, cheese sticks and some jalapeno poppers. All were cold and barely looked like they were in the fryer long enough. Makes me wonder if they just popped everything on a tray into the microwave then placed in a bag. I only got what I got because it's hard to expect anything above par quality from fast food joints anymore. I probably won't be back for a while if ever. I wonder how they even stay in business because it is never very busy when I'm just driving through the area. When this place first opened up it was a blessing now it's just Jimmy John's little brother which idk anyone who eats. Thankfully the guy that brought us the food was halfway quick about I set a timer for 5 mins and he was out with our food before it was up (Granted we placed an online order) we live 10 mins away.

My husband ordered online. When we arrived at the restaurant in Lexington Park, Maryland, we realized that the app was not working. At that point, we decided to go through the drive-through. I explained the situation to whoever was taking the orders over the intercom and was told that the business was short staffed, and there was nobody to deliver the orders. We were asked to pull up and we waited and waited and waited for 26 minutes, which is absolutely unacceptable. The gentleman handing our food to us through the window never said a word to us and never apologized.I would like to give a piece of advice to the management of this business. Please treat your customers with respect. If you are running behind, or short staffed communicate this and apologize. Sweet and simple business practices! There’s no need for attitudes. Nobody has time for that. The drive-through only had one car ahead of us and one car behind us.The service was absolutely horrific. No excuses.

Absolutely horrendous attitudes and the food is cold and soggy. Always forgets at least one thing from my meal each time I’ve gone, and on top of it the attitude of the one girl that works there is so bad. She argued with me for 3 minutes about my order. They stapled my bag shut (assuming so I don’t open it?) and needless to say my order was once again incorrect. The franchise owner needs to take a re-look at the staff and quality before it gets shut down.

Twice in two weeks stopped by to grab a quick breakfast sandwich and twice nobody came to the drive through board after waiting at least 5 minutes. Tried the booth today, no response. Why would I try a third time. Don’t think I will. This business is doomed and not long before it fails completely. Sad.

The lady taking my order took almost 5 minutes, she then forgot our drink, then when we went back had the biggest attitude and slammed the drive through window in our face. Honestly yall need to get it tf together and realize working at sonic was your choice and you shouldn’t take it out on others Kylie.

Tried 2 days in a row to get a breakfast sandwich here. Hit the drive thru between 0830-0900 both days with no answer at the menu board, drove up to the window and no employees in sight. Looks like they need to update their hours.
