do not order online. they never ever look at the notes or make your food correctly. this is the 5th time they’ve not made my online order correctly. they also don’t have a manager on duty to deal w/ the fact that they made it wrong so i have to wait 3 days for my issue to be rectified. would give 0 stars if i could. you’re better off going to california’s subway. those owners seem to care.
This SUBWAY needs to be shut down. I don’t even know how they’re still o oen. How do yiu work here hit don’t even know what’s on the menu. Why do I have c to explain what order #23 is??? They have NEVER made my order correctly. Customer Service is TERRIBLE. If rather go further up the street to another subway to order my food. I wedding complain for TVs inconvenience because at least I’ll know my order is made correctly. Terrible Terrible Terrible TERRIBLE!!!
Online ordered. Went and grabbed my order. Got home and the bread was wrong and the cheese was wrong. Fiancé ordered a BLT.. the bacon was just above being raw…Not sure what happened. Called the store, as the app said to, and no answer. Called again and was hung up on.

I'm allergic to pickles and I ordered a steak and cheese with just the steak my wife ordered a tuna sub and pickles on the side they put the pickles in a bag in the bag with our subs now the juice is all over our subs and when I called they said to come back when I live almost 40 min away and I asked for her name and she said no so I guess I won't eat this is bull shit I would like to speak with a higher up or I'll keep posting

I just stopped in for a quick bite and ordered a chicken, bacon, and ranch sub. It is absolutely delicious! I haven't been to a Subway lately because the prices are a little silly, but the $7.75 I just spent was actually worth it! The chicken is nice and moist, the bacon is crisp, and the bread soft but not squishy. The restaurant was clean, the staff helpful, and the nice young man behind the counter gave me pickles in a little cup. I work across the street and will come back again.

Service at these places is so bad, I will never be going back to these place again. Walked in to get a sandwich and so other stuff. From the moment I walked in I knew I was be judged. I ignored it. Stood there and watch two staff members look at me as I don't belong, and these isn't the first time. When the person was taking my order, I said I wanted steak and cheese sub, she looks where the meat looks at the other person and say do we have have any steak, they say frozen so I was done. I walked out and went somewhere else. I wasn't mean or anything but, I just felt so disrespected by them and I will never return. "They probably don't want me to."

I was ordering in the app and had the wrong store selected (had the one where I work and eat at weekly), I called to cancel the order about 5 times but they did not pick up when they finally did I was told there are no refunds for ordering in the app. I also asked for a credit since I order there frequently but was told again no refunds. I will never order from this location ever again! Customer service NOT!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had. I did an online order for two foot longs, one being a "bella mozza". When i got home I discovered my "bella mozza" sandwich had no mozza on it. I tried calling to see what my options were to fix the conundrum, no answer after multiple tries. Finally I drove back in poring rain to sort it out and the lady handed me two meager little slices of mozzarella and walked away, ignoring my request for a refund or compensation.
We order online for pick up, and when we comeback to our work from picking up our food we see one of our sandwich is burnt and u can smell the burnt bread so we came back in subway right away and ask them nicely if they can redo our sandwich, and one of the guy there is rude and we heard him saying that he just remake our sandwich because we’re working next door. So my point is what if we’re not working next door, they just gonna let us eat the burnt sandwich.!!!
They can't follow basic subway codes that is for the saftey of the employees and the customers.
Customer service was absolutely terrible. They did not wear hair mask touched my paper without gloves and not washed hands then bald up said gloves, then put them on the news they dirty knife on my sandwich that had other sandwich stuff on it from a previous sandwich, then wiped the knife on the paper and put it on my sandwich then absolutely refuse to give me a refund gave me attitude and called me a Karen for wanting proper service. I want a refund and I want to talk to management.
