2/5/2026 I went to this location what a major mistake,All these kids are employed here and are very disrespectful on this shift.I visited around 11am my food was prepared poorly I threw it in the trash.The young man with the locs had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were arguing playing around where are the managers. The Spanish guy was the only person working. Please hire mature young adults unacceptable.

I went inside expecting to order food and dine in. I was told I HAD to use kiosk to order food and couldnt order thru front. When I went to try kiosk the screen was filthy and wouldn't track correctly. And the order menu was painful to look at. I left with out ordering. I went to a completely different establishment. I suppose that i could have went thru drive-thru but I wanted to sit down and really wasnt enjoying the dining area ambience either.. It also seemed that the usual crew that has been there was completely replaced and downsized. The appeal of eating there is gone!! Is this a sign of things to come at this location of the company in general?

I went there with my brother and sister and behind the counters was these ladies talking real loud to each other while me and my brother and sister was also talking so i said “oh?” During that conversation TO MY BROTHER and then one of the ladies in the back thought i was talking to her and said out loud “mind your business” and another one was saying “right” agreeing with the other girl but the taco was good though

I went to Taco Bell and received the most astonishing service! Arthur was incredibly professional, and the food he prepared was exceptionally delicious. Starr, the manager, was very kind and welcoming. I was also truly impressed by how clean the restaurant was — it’s clear that the team takes pride in their work. I love seeing teamwork make the dream work. Go Taco Bell!

Whatever lady that was at the drive thru window at 12:50 today on 11/8/25 was completely rude for no reason at all. She needs to be removed from a customer interaction role with how she talks to people. She acted like someone insulted her after just asking if something was in stock and it was very unprofessional. There wasn’t even a greeting or a “Have a good day!”

Every time we get food from this location it is always perfect! Fresh, accurate and fast. The staff has always been nice. I love having confidence in the food I eat :) Thank you to the staff and management!

The guy who served me was polite but I literally couldn't eat my soft tacos or drink my mountain dew. I ordered supreme with no tomatoes (there were tomatoes), the sour cream was not the right kind of sour, and the drink tasted like straight carbonation. Also, the tacos were cold.

This location is the worst, the food is cold when it should be hot . The staff plays around instead of working and the managers here are very rude and disrespectful. If management isn’t running the Establishment correctly then the employees are not going to present good working skills. Please fix this problem you guys are going to loose business behind the Unprofessionalism!!
I swear on everything this is the slowest Taco Bell in all of Maryland I’ve never seen so many people struggling to make a taco?? Like are y’all okay

My experience at Taco Bell was horrible the worst experience I’ve ever had. For starters, it took forever to get the food, then when we finally got the food we were missing two of our items. Then the cheese for my chips wasn’t filled to the top, which i mean is fine, but it wasn’t even filled half way. As well as our slushy’s that were not even filled half way. Also one of my tacos was thrown together sloppy and it was suck to the paper. This was a horrible experience Taco Bell do better!!

Some time ago, this place use to sell delicious affordable meals, now everything is absolutely overpriced for no adequate reason, you pay more than 65 dollars to order a meal for just 3 people. This fast food restaurant gotta do better period!

I paid through the drive-through with Apple Pay. There’s no reason the Chime app on my phone should’ve been open when I got it back from the worker I don’t know if they were trying to get money from me or what the deal with that was. Weird. Then he shut the window on me. Unacceptable. Won’t be coming back here, I’ll drive the extra distance to California from now on.
