Tacos Hernandez

I've moved out to the west coast a year ago, and am considering flying out on a trip solely to get another one of their amazing Green Tamales. This place and the owner rock, amazing food.

I got the carne asada is really good, the service it’s friendly and very polite, they work in you order really fast.

Great and friendly service with great food. The burritos surprisingly had black beans but that made it great.

My sister took me to Tacos Hernandez for Mother’s Day. The beef tongue tacos were amazing. Cooked perfectly. My sister has never tried them before and loved it. I also got a chicken taco. Those were so good. Some of the best tacos I’ve had in a long time. You can tell they put love in their cooking.

My husband is Guatemalan and since moving to southern Maryland he has yet to find ANY traditional food. Especially tostadas, if you’ve never had, I highly recommend trying. This food was PHENOMENAL! Highly recommend, will repeatedly go here. ♥️

They take customer service to another level ! The best I’ve experienced in awhile. I ordered food on DoorDash didn’t receive the full order due to a computer glitch on their new system. I called and told them the problem. The owner drove from the restaurant in great mills to the ranch club and personally hand delivered my food plus extra, including their new menu item pozole ? chefs kiss to everything I had. Chorizo burrito, chicken tacos and Birria tacos with consommé. If you want excellent food and service pay them a visit you won’t be disappointed!!

This is a fantastic, authentic Mexican restaurant that truly stands out to me as some of the best food I’ve had in the DMV. The breakfast burrito I had was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. It was big and flavorful, reminding me of the ones I grew up eating in Southern California, bringing back great memories. I can’t wait to return and try more of their menu.

The food was delicious and you can see that everything is cooked fresh, even the chips. The owner let me try their chorizo salsa as well while waiting for my food and it was amazing. This is the best Mexican food in the area in my opinion and there are some other good places.
