My husband and I visited The Flashback for the first time recently and we were very impressed. It's really cute inside and we liked the decor but most importantly it was extremely clean, including the bathroom. Our server, Bethany, was friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly and was hot upon arrival. While everything was great, we were most pleased with the steak and cheese and the bacon cheeseburger. Both had lots of flavor and were cooked well. We were able to chat with the owner for a while, who was lovely, and we could really tell how much pride she takes in running this business. We look forward to coming back, next time for breakfast, despite the fact that it's a little further than we typically travel when we go out to eat. Worth the drive for a hidden gem like this!

Greeted the second we walked in the door and seated promptly, loved the 50’s diner look and red booths! The atmosphere here is very warming and you feel very welcomed by the family who owns and operates the joint. They are very personable and make you feel right at home. The food here is the best in town!! I haven’t had a better meal anywhere in town. Big portions and willing to accommodate. My bf and I both got the banana split and don’t care for chocolate ice cream so the server asked us if we’d like to switch that flavor we chose salted caramel. Very inexpensive and affordable! The kids fell in love with this place and loved all the decorations for Halloween as well as the food and frosted mugs of root beer. Would highly recommend checking this place out. The Reuben was the best I ever had!! & my bf loved the tuna melt!! Desserts were amazing too as my youngest couldn’t wait to try the pb frosted chocolate cake and oldest the vanilla sundae. Loved hearing the stories from the family how this place came about and how they brought their upstate NY inspired cooking to their diner! ?

The Flashback is a Slice of 1950s mixed with the kindest folks I've met in a long time, Landon was so kind to us, even taking the time to greet our little son. This was our first time here and we will definitly be back.

Went to The Flashback for my birthday breakfast this morning. They have a fresh orange cranberry cake that is decadent! We come here regularly and I have never had a bad meal. It’s comfort food where the staff is more like family. The owner often comes out and says “hi”. If you haven’t been yet, it’s also affordable. $38 for 3 meals, tons of extras, coffee and cake. It’s diner food, but GOOD diner food. The kind that brings comfort on a rainy day or make a sunny day feel special.

I hope this place never closes. Ever. That’s why I hope more people make this a special spot to go once in a while or regularly.

Their Cheeseburger was the best I’ve had in the area. It was SO FRIGGIN GOOD! Their food is made with love. You can tell. Also, the burger is made with 6oz instead of 8 which I appreciated because I love a good ratio of meat and toppings on a burger.

Feeling something more sweet? They have a ton of milkshake choices for you. The chocolate with cookies and cream was phenomenal.

They close at 2pm according to their door and website. but they told me they were about to close at 1:06pm and would only be able to serve me to go. I can understand if it was 1:45pm or something
