Way overrated! Ribs were very chewy and far from falling off the bones! Fish was okay. We were going to dine in but decided not to because the music was way too loud and crazy! Floor was sticky. Not very professional atmosphere. $53.00 for two people. Friendly staff, though.

Walked into Uncle D's and was greeted with the savory smell of bbq. The menu is displayed on a chalkboard, and there are more options on a dry-erase board. You know you are getting something good, and now you have to decide how hungry you are.

Ordered some seafood, brisket, and the "301" combo, which is wings, sausage, and ribs with a side of fries, baked beans, and collard greens.

I was not prepared for how delicious and juicy the brisket was. I lost my composure and got lost in the feeling of being at a family bbq. The ribs were just as savory, with the right amount of seasoning and pictures don't do it justice. The wings were the best I've had in a long time and didn't need any sauce. I also ordered the fish and shrimp for later but sampled them at home. Both the fish and shrimp are seasoned just right and fried perfectly. The sides are just as good as the rest, but I enjoyed the collards best. There are peach or apple cobblers, but I did not order them this time, as I had plenty of food for lunch and dinner.

Based on this first order, I will be going back here more often for the wonderful food and decent price.

If you love bbq and haven't tried Uncle D's, I highly recommend you give it a try. They also have catering options for those who need to feed a family or have a party.

I have been there a few times and each time, I get the small tips. But it's always a surprise once you eat a few of the tips. The bottom of the pile of tips is old and toughest pieces of inedible scrap. It reminds me of Chicago, where you think the TV you bought in the box is a great deal till you get home and realize that it is an empty shell of a TV filled with bricks.

I know someone who actually worked here for a short period of time and I just feel anyone who eats here deserves to know... they do not serve you fresh food most of the time he has seen another employee drop food on the floor and straight up blow it off and still serve it to the customer 🤢 any leftover food is saved and microwaved the next day. They do not mop or clean the floors daily. Tables in lobby area do not get wiped daily. THIS PLACE IS DIRTY!!

Our group came in one Sunday afternoon after a youth soccer game. The inside decor isn't much to talk about but we sat down and ordered some much desired food. The hostess was warm, pleasant, and polite. The food took a few minutes to arrive (good food usually does) and we dove right in. I had a half rack of ribs with a couple of suggested sauces. It disappeared within minutes. It was delicious and hit the spot. Sadly, I had no room for the advertised peach cobbler. If you ever find yourself in this neck of the woods, don't let looks fool you, good food found here.

The chicken is delicious! And the organization always supports the Community! They sponsor our boxing shows religiously giving our young boxers a chance to perform in front of their family and friends. We appreciate them!!!!!!

Ordered carry out (ribs, baked beans, potatoe salad, and corn bread). The food is excellent, and the service was on point. The Carolina sauce for the ribs was great. Will definitely be going back.

There’s no way yall really think this is good BBQ…like most places around here I’m convinced yall only enjoy this place cause it’s the only place yall got. Been here twice and both times the food was not good. Like at all lol. I miss Smoke Shack in Fort Washington smh. I’m just gonna make that trip next time I’m craving ribs. Only reason they got two stars instead of 1 is because the food was at least edible. I was able to force myself to just eat it since I bought it both times I’ve tried it. So…yeah lol

So the big man D makes the experience worthit I mean just how he is so appreciative, of u supporting,his way of bbq chicago eats!! He finally added that mac cheese, yes sir good job!! Taste was worth it,that chopped chicken sandwich a must try!!! wings,sauces,service,cleanness was all on point ,the customer service at the desk and phone was excellent, she knew about the menu was able to answer, explain,didn't get frustrated which is rare in alot of eaterys!!! Oh I can't forget the smoke sausage and the smoke ribs babay ayeee yah better try these folks out!!!! I will definitely be supporting more!!!! #Chicago to MD!!!!

I knew the food was going to be good...from the smell at the door ? Finally found a location with some flavor. Hospitality was great! Ordered Rib tips, 1/2 slap ribs, chicken and plenty of sides. This place did not disappoint. Defintely recommend and will be my go to spot.
