Got this sandwich meal this morning and I’m going to let the pics speak for themselves. Stale bread, cold, maybe two slices of bacon. How can you call this the number one selling “staple” item. How it reads:

“ The sandwich is built on a premium bun and includes a grilled square sausage patty, a fresh-cracked Grade A egg, six strips of Applewood smoked bacon, a slice of American cheese, and is topped with a creamy Swiss cheese sauce”

Just disappointed the quality of food some places put out

So currently sitting here eating with my kids. Let's just say it's very pricey for the poor quality of food. Then while eating the conversations from the employees and manager is just crazy. The profanity and types of conversations is probably why no one comes here it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Very professional.

I went to Wendy’s today and yesterday at the same location and today they gave me a couple potato wedges because yesterday they gave me more potato wedges yesterday than today. That’s not ok since I had to pay 3 dollars so that’s a waste of money so don’t go to this Wendy’s location unless you want to waste your money but out least the potato wedges are good

Got breakfast this morning with coffee. Asked for cream amd sugar on the side. Noticed the creamer was moldy when I went to add to my coffee. This is unacceptable. Inspect your condiments!

Just left the restaurant and very happy to escape. After multiple attempts to be polite and appreciative Cynthia, who was currently working the cash register, proceeded to make us feel almost uncomfortable. She’s clearly having a bad day, which we all have, but taking it out on customers who are trying to be nice is unacceptable. Of multiple incidents during on visit, two of primary note were when we asked for our food to go and offered to bag it even and were met with annoyance and attitude. We let her know the lids were out of stock for both medium and large in the lobby and we got a very rude sigh of disgust and a flustered “…yeah we know, just wait,” as she somewhat stormed off. Look, I’ve had a pretty awful day myself which is why I’m having breakfast for an early dinner, and still took the time to be polite, kind and apologetic for needing my food bagged so I can take it to my parents who couldn’t get it on their own, so you could have done the same and been polite and tried to muster some sort of decency to someone doing the same for you. The food tastes great though, thanks Wendy’s! You may want to invest in customer service training for your staff.

This location is a joke. Orders are wrong more often than not… ask for no tomato? Expect the juiciest biggest tomato you ever seen.

It was late at night, but still, I wish delivery would care and put everything in bags, the same as dining in,

They slave their employees horribly. But don't recognize yearly anniversary dates for employees.
