Was pretty disappointed in the food truck menu. The Chesapeake Philly was very salty. The Crabcake BLT was very disappointing. The Crabcake had no taste (seasoning) and fell apart when trying to eat it. For the price you should def add a side with the sandwiches.
My wife and I do a lot of "off the beaten path" traveling in Mexico, and we found this food to be very authentic with a few adjustments. Forst, the birria tacos.... oh, my. Just absolutely superb. Beans and rice were among the best I had. My wife's Pescado Azteca was OK, she didn't really have any comment other than it was OK. The table side ceviche was a bit funny- it's very avocado heavy, which isn't any style I've encountered before (I lived in Panama for three years and ate a lot of it), it sort of got in the way of the fish and sort of deadened the expected citrus hit. I would have had another beer had the waiter come around again but they may have been short of staff. By and large, I'd go back for the Birria tacos again and 'm sure my wife would order the same. Four adult drinks, a starter and two mains was $84, which is probably about normal for a good meal in this area. The place is very clean and nice inside, and the staff is very friendly.
Everything was great! The Chesapeake Cheesesteak was delicious and such a great concept (adding crab and shrimp)! The Chicken Philly, fries, and tots were all awesome as well. Definitely hope they come back to my neighborhood!
Linda’s On The Go came to the Autumn Woods neighborhood last night (Saturday, May 8th) from 5-7pm and provided us the best food and outstanding service. I had the Chesapeake Cheese Steak and Smokey Ranch Tater Tots that were really good. The combo of steak, shrimp, crab smothered in cheese hit the spot. My family also had the Crab Cake BLT and Carnitas Al Pastor Burrito. Both also very delicious and filling. I highly recommend visiting their cafe in Lexington Park or scheduling their food truck for an event. I can’t wait to have them back in our neighborhood.
Yummy!!! Linda’s on the Go did an amazing job during our neighborhood food truck night. They were very responsive to messages leading to the event and arrived early and prepared. The staff were all very nice and efficient. All food was made to order and every item was delicious (including a simple kids burger). Loved the unique menu for the week of Cinco de Mayo along with some classics.
I had the best tacos al pastor and the black beans were authentic- not from a can! (You can really tell the difference. ) My husband had tacos de carne asada and they were fairly good, a little overcooked. The portion sizes were just right and the prices were very affordable.
Military discounts on Sunday. Near hotels and beach. In front of the Military Base. This is a perfect mexican food restaurant option for family trips, and friends meetings.
