This business thrives because of all these attributes from excellent food, great service, and fine detailed attention paid to each order! 700 South even has accolades for their food and has won cookoffs with their multiple prize-winning crab soup! For the most part they accommodate and offer alternative suggestions any time they have been contacted. Those receiving special dietary restricted meals have always been pleased with the provisions and I do run into this often with catering orders for work.Parking: Parking at prime lunch time can be slim, but one just has to circle around and maybe walk a tad further. It is a small place and the access road has reasonable off the main drag parking.

Ordered catering for Christmas and it was the best decision to order from here. The crab cakes were so good and big that I ended up making them slider size. It was still plenty. The pit ham, turkey and beef were done perfectly. I am definitely using them again for future catering needs.

Had lunch here with a few coworkers, and it was a hit! Their sandwiches were absolutely delicious and at a very reasonable price (eating in the city would probably cost double). This is a nice little hidden gem in a more residential area, so you may have to street-park, though it shouldn't be a big problem. Their dining area upstairs also has a lot of seating, and there's a lovely sunroom-like for smaller groups/pairs that feels so cozy and bright. The individuals working there were also very kind and welcoming :) Thank you!

If you want amazing food that is delivered with the same freshness and presentation that you would dining in, then this is the place for you!There are far and few places where your food is displayed not only in the same fashion that you find advertised but the flavors are always consistent, fresh, and even after a full belly has you wanting more.I am a hotelier who has been in this area for about 20 years and for any group event my first recommendation has and continues to be 700 S. deli.Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, including the hot trays , despite the variety none of their items lack in quality or taste. And can I mention again the presentation!?! Matches the pictures every time!This place is worth every dollar!!

They ahve been consistent! I have ordered at least 50 times over the last year and they have been not just on time...but early!!! Always pleasant to work with?
