This is the most mediocre restaurant I have ever been to. Nothing great, but nothing bad. Just plain. Yeah it's a hotel restaurant so we didn't expect much. And that's what we got. The service was good but took a while. The food was extraordinarily average. The ambiance was ... just there as it's in a hotel lobby. Will we go again? Only if we happen to say at this Hilton, which is doubtful.
I don't advise against it, but I don't advise making a trip there just to eat -- it's not at all worth it.
Wait staff unfriendly and rushed us to order. Boiled water to drink and didn't ask if we wanted something else to drink. Food wasn't good. Maryland Hot Chicken was musty. Braised beef short rib was that. Not ribs as advertised but it was a short RIB.Thick tasteless sauce. The best part of the meal was the French fries with the chicken. Waiter never introduced himself and when asked how everything was he didn't wait for the response. Basically the name sounds good but the food and service was terrible.

Establishment definitely needs updating. Bar chair were sinking in due to them being worn. Extension cords running thru restaurant wasn’t an eye soar. Upon sitting at the bar for 6 minutes we had to ask bartender for food menu then 5 min later ask for the drink menu. Wings were good everything else meehhhh.

I love the hotel location very close to the airport. However, I waited for 25min in a 37f temp. I was told 10-15 min for the shuttle. I called once again and the front desk were so sincere asking me to stay inside the airport and they will call me when the shuttle arrives. Please work with your transportation team. Ensure guest experience delivery.Food was delicious. Waited for quite sometime to be recognised by the staff. I was offered to seat anywhere with no restriction and the server willl stop by.Fruit flies needs to be treated in the restaurants. Management wake-up.The sampler is your satisfier for the day. The server Carmen was amazing!!

The hotel room and hotel are nice but the restaurant is not what I would expect at a Hilton. First of the bar chairs are aweful and uncomfortable.I ordered a steak and broccoli. Broccoli came out cold and the medium steak was medium well. Just not good, venture out for food.

Have been here too many times. Not by choice. The final breaking point was when my broccoli was covered with black spots. I've stopped eating here. I'll freeze and walk a mile down the street to avoid the food here. Drinks are okay. Staff is friendly but can be slow at times. There really is no atmosphere here. Very boring.
