this place has new management, the food is so much better, good size of portions and great taste.

I called this place and asked if I could ask a simple question about if they delivered to my area but as soon as i said i have a question I was put on hold for 15 mins no answer so I thought they forgot so I hung up and called back then someone answered and I asked why I was on hold 15 mins and was told I had to wait longer in his words ( I have orders so ) finding it rude

I'm usually happy with the food I order from here but last night the food was so bad my family could not eat it the chicken tenders where over cooked and the subs where not what I ordered and when I called to make a complaint I was treated as if I where the one who made the mistake and all they wanted was for me to make another order at a discounted price I have never been treated like this before and I will make sure that I will never be treated like that again what makes them believe that I was going to just let myself and my family be treated like this

I’d give negative if I could. I ordered a pizza and jalapeño poppers. I ordered over phone and my total on the phone was $33. I check my bank and they charged me an extra $9. When I called to ask why I was charged $42 instead of the actual $33 he said he would switch me over to “front desk”. The phone rang twice and then I was hung up on. The pizza came an hour and 25 minutes from the moment I called them to order the food. I would NOT recommend going here!

I ordered chix tenders with western fries no western fries with order and the chix tenders were not cooked throughly and they were cold have ordered many times from them this last ordered was nasty maybe the cook was having a bad night

We placed a large order wings ,subs. Fries , salad , it took over a hour and a half for it to get here all the fries were cold the wings were so dry we couldn’t even eat them they couldn’t understand what we were saying over the phone and started getting angry at us being disrespectful I ordered a grilled chicken salad there was so many onions in there compared to the little portions of chicken , don’t ever order here unless you want to waste your money .

First order was wrong. When the order was replaced, it was still wrong. Service has definitely declined since the new management took over. This will be the last time we order from them.

I ordered gluten free pizza, they sent me regular pizza and I got gluten poisoned

They're very friendly and the food is good They are really good about helping when you're trying to decide what is best to eat all around good people.

Parking: You pull in right in front of their building they even bring your food to you if you don't go in right on time to get in at the counter.

Kid-friendliness: They have a pretty good selection for kids foods

Gravy fries were not edible. Fries tasted like oil hasn't been changed in a month after cooking every fried thing on the menu in it. Subtle hints of old chicken wing and onion rings. Gravy is so burnt it looks and smells like used motor oil. It also tasted horrible.

Ordered dinner at 5:10pm, it arrived at 6:27pm. Subs were bearly warm. Fries were hard as rocks and ice cold. Asked for Coke, got Pepsi.

Hoped they'd be better with new management but they're just as bad as they were before.

I ordered an Italian sub, onion rings and 12 honey old bay wings. The wings were good. The onion rings weren’t edible. They were soggy and soaked in grease. The Italian sub had lunch meat out of a pack and had turkey lunch meat on it. I never had an Italian sub with turkey on it. They didn’t put the oil and vinegar and salt and pepper or hot peppers on it that I asked for. I would of gave them negative stars but I have to give them a good review on the wings
