Horrible service at drive thru. Waited about 10 mins for mozzarella sticks. It wouldn’t have been so bad if the employees knew how to talk to their customers and let them know it will be a few min wait. No thank you or sorry for the wait. I thought closing Wendy’s was a good idea but this place needs to go. I would have liked to give it a zero!
This Arby's location used to be a Wendy's. It still feels sterile and neutral inside BUT, the staff is great! Every time I have been, friendly and patient staff are taking care of us. The food is exactly what you expect from Arby's when the staff cares about doing a good job. I hope this location stays for a while because they are off to a great start.
Tried the new cheesesteak. Not to my liking. It was like all ingredients were scooped from a container of cheese. EVERYTHING was covered with it. I'll go back to the French dip or the fish sandwich during Lent
