Ahhhh where to begin covid-19 regulations must include ignoring anyone who walks in the door of your establishment for 13 minutes and 26 seconds then when you finally acknowledge people it was simply enough to say I'll be back in 1 minute and 8 minutes later someone else comes to ask if we had been helped hopefully the food is decent however I'll never be back to this location nor will I let anyone I know come in here absolute atrocity of an ihop location maybe can them all and try again!!! -5 stars ihop -5

Real time review 1101 am Saturday 2/22/20. Seem confused on how to seat. Order taken quickly. Server friendly but didn't introduce herself. 15 minutes to get food very timely. Forgot butter and cheese for grits. Retrieved promptly. Apple butter is pleasant surprise. Good experience. Get servers and hostess more training abd it will upgrade the service.

Only one waitress on duty. Never got the buscuits that were part of the order, the pickle, or the mustard we requested, no follow up on ordering more drinks. Food was adequate, mustard would have helped, or a pickle. Won't eat there again on a Tuesday afternoon.

Stopped here after Dropping my hubby off at airport. My Granddaughter and I had a leisurely Breakfast. Really enjoyed the coffee, pancakes, & French toast ,scrambled eggs, sausage & Bacon..Nice pleasant staff. Will come again!

Great selection priced very low and a lot of quantity for the price. Not too noisy and never really crowded except Saturday and Sunday lunch.

Nice diner. Wish they were more generous with the broccoli side. My baked potato was cold, but they warmed it up. They were nice about it. Wish they would turn down the music. If they did, more business lunches would happen there (lots of businesses in the area). I'll try it out for dinner sometime soon.
Staff was super nice, our server was attentive. They even had a huge (several tables pushed together) party and still took care of us like we were the only ones. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Would definitely visit again.

Overall: $10 breakfast. Quick wait. Quick service. Bad service (errors). Lukewarm, average food. Coming into Bob Evans, the hostess was really friendly. Despite it looking like there would be a long wait, we were sat quickly. Our service was not great. I'm not sure if that was the norm or if she was having a bad day, but she didn't hide the fact that she had an attitude. As she took our order, another table was being sat behind her. I'm assuming it was her table because she stopped writing down our order to turn and glare at the hostess for a few minutes and concluded with rolling her eyes. The meal came out pretty quick, however two out of five plates were not made correctly. My meal was lukewarm, the eggs were not cooked correctly, and I was missing the toppings. I sent it back. I told her I would keep my meal if she would just bring me back a new egg and my toppings. She took my plate saying she would remake the whole thing. However she brought it back out the same dish reheated. Although the eggs were corrected, I was still missing my toppings. While all this was happening, the rest of my group was waiting for silverware. We flagged down another server to ask for silverware but it still took way too long. The food itself left me unsatisfied as well. It wasn't hot and it was lacking in taste, which was unfortunate because the pictures and presentation looked great.

Bottom Line: Good enough for a convenient breakfast.I'd never been to Bob Evans before so I didn't know exactly what to expect but I figured it would be rather pedestrian and it was. We were seated immediate and received prompt service including a first splash of coffee. In fact, our waitress was attentive throughout our visit and kept our coffee mugs full. We both ordered big breakfasts and they came out promptly which I appreciated. My meal of eggs, sausage, grits and pancakes wasn't gourmet but it was hot and satisfying on a very cold morning.
