10 times better than Chipotle. This was our first time trying Bubbakoos out and it will definitely be a regular spot! Loved that I was able to order a low carb bowl. So so good. 😋😋😋

Indownloaded the app n got 5 dollars off the first order. I couldnt decide between Pineapple Express or Papi Hibachi, so I got both. With a cup of queso to sip with each bite, as well as a Mtn Dew, lol. It was awesome. I ordered my dog some shredded chicken to eat as well when I was done! Excellent!! Highly reccomend.

The service is consistent. It is a fusion spot with decent nachos. The prices are not consistent. The in-store prices are more expensive than the online prices.

I ordered from the STOCKBRIDGE GA location earlier this week and opted to not save my credit card. I went to place an order today using a gift card I had received and their system automatically processed the payment using my credit card which is allegedly not saved in their system. When I called to cancel the charge the manager talked over me & nearly yelled at me that there wasn’t anything no they could do about it because my card is not saved so she doesn’t know how it was charged. After more of her cutting me off she cancelled the order and pretty much told me she didn’t know how long it would take for me to get my money back. That it will probably be a long time. I asked her who I need to speak to, if she can provide a corporate number or the department that handles the online payments. She seemed to set the phone down without saying a word and after waiting several minutes I ultimately disconnected with not even an apology. This is a very untrustworthy company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Using this company’s payment platform is a huge security risk.
