Bubbakoo's Burritos

I ordered from the STOCKBRIDGE GA location earlier this week and opted to not save my credit card. I went to place an order today using a gift card I had received and their system automatically processed the payment using my credit card which is allegedly not saved in their system. When I called to cancel the charge the manager talked over me & nearly yelled at me that there wasn’t anything no they could do about it because my card is not saved so she doesn’t know how it was charged. After more of her cutting me off she cancelled the order and pretty much told me she didn’t know how long it would take for me to get my money back. That it will probably be a long time. I asked her who I need to speak to, if she can provide a corporate number or the department that handles the online payments. She seemed to set the phone down without saying a word and after waiting several minutes I ultimately disconnected with not even an apology. This is a very untrustworthy company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Using this company’s payment platform is a huge security risk.

We had our first Bubbakoo’s last night and it was better than Chipotle. And I LOVE Chipotle. I have a new favorite though. Can’t wait for next time!

Burrito was 70% rice, queso was a watered down texture. No bueno

good quality is very poor. rice was hard and chewy, meats were dry and overcooked...and it was 12pm. expected fresher and better quality. the veg options did appear and taste fresh. overall, ok once...but would not be a go to again for us Owings Mills, MD location

I've had three different things for lunch here and they've all been delicious and creative fusions of Mexican and other cultures. The Nashville burrito with a sub of Ghost Pepper sauce is now my go-to. They use the Yellow Bird brand too, so the heat is the real deal. Prices are fair too. The vibe is like a low-key late-90s skateboard shop, with bright colors and zany fonts on the posters and menu. Highly recommend.

First time here and likely last time. This location has been open for a while now. I like to give new places time to get over the initial craziness and settle into routine operations. When I walked in I saw 2 employees behind the counter at ends, both on their phones. I took a look around to get my bearings and proceeded to the area that indicated I should “order here”. At that point one employee called out a greeting and the other came foreward to take the order. I ordered the birriadilla, aka Birria quesadilla. I was asked if I wanted as it normally comes, and was told that was with onions and cilantro on top of the meat and cheese filling, since it’s a quesadilla. While it cooked I asked what size a small queso was. I was shown a 4oz condiment cup so I passed on queso as it was nearly $6. My order was done fairly quickly and with tax and tip was about $16. When I got home and opened the quesadilla I was very disappointed. While I know that the food can’t look exactly like pictures, the filling was sparse and there was NO CHEESE inside. If there is one thing that should be in a QUESAdilla, its cheese. The tortilla had crispy cheese on the outside and if i’d known all of the cheese on the outside replaced all of the cheese on the inside, I’ve have requested it all to be put on the inside. Definitely wasted $16 on a quesadilla that didn’t even have cheese inside.

Ordered the Hibachi steak and shrimp burrito. Shrimp were tiny but the burrito overall was good. The Boomshakalaka burrito is good too! Going back again real soon.

BubbaKoos Lake Mary is the best! Everything is made fresh! The staff is beyond nice and completely accommodating! The food is unbelievably delicious? I haven't tried a single thing that wasn't just over the top amazing! Kudos to this location! 💛💛💛

Terrible customer service. App location defaulted to corporate store not local. Called to change location, they refused, charged card and never got food! Avoid this place!

The people at this place are awesome. Went in for help putting together a low carb lunch. And it was amazing. See you again real soon. Thank you

Amazing flavor food , dope atmosphere great visuals and great music playing. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a gem spot
