What in the world happened to the customer service at this location. What happened to the chic fil a atmosphere that used to set them apart from the rest of the fast food industry. Instead your greeted with an attitude and poor service. Not sure why management allows this to be the new acceptable norm but its sad.

I bought 4 sandwiches, 1 tender, 2 fries, salad and a coke and they refused to give us 6 water cups. Like literally said they can only give one per meal of water! What happened to having Christian roots and my pleasure, very rude and a disgrace to Christianity!!!!

I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A because of the great service but my experience at this location was disappointing. I wasn’t greeted with my usual. My pleasure and a few employees were laughing at me which made me feel really uncomfortable. I didn’t feel respected and honestly don’t feel comfortable at this location. I hope that management addresses this so other guests don’t have the same experience thank you I also heard a rumor that they do not clean the milkshake or lemonade machine. Do better.
When we fly out, the on line order was missing an item. Corporate issued a credit to reward points. We gave them another try when we fly back. The spicy sandwich had regular pattie and it was paper thin.
