I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal through the mobile app for delivery. The delivery was very fast which was great. The fries were still hot which is great but the sandwich was old and stale, I couldn't even finish it. Probably the worse chicken sandwich I've ever had from any Chick-fil-A.

just had the worst Experience at Chick-fil-A ever. I went through the drive-through and it was super slow. I ordered breakfast from the drive-through and decided to come in And get a chicken sandwich. I ordered the chicken sandwich and asked if I can get the cheese melted a little bit more. As you can see from the photo below, the server told me that this is the best they can do and they can’t melt the cheese anymore. I said OK no worries but the bun was also stale and hard. I still ate the sandwich. No worries and then asked them if they can give me a refill on my drink that I had just ordered through the drive-through line before I decided to come in to order another sandwich, they question me and said did I bring the cup from outside and then they can’t refill the drink. I told them I just got the drink earlier and she had already refilled it when I came to order the chicken sandwich and I just wanted a refill before I left , why would they question me about a drink drink that they had just given me a refill on and I was just getting another refill before I got back in my car to drive to work. To say the least this is the worst Chick-fil-A experience I have ever had, and the food was not up to par , I won’t be returning to this Chick-fil-A ever.

i get food from here everyday just about.On march 25 i got the same thing that i always get wish is the grilled chicken after eating it that night ended trowing up all night had to be taking to the er were i found out i had food poison please be aware of the food spent a day in the hospital tried to call and talk to someone and could not get trough

Anytime I go to a Chick-fil-A I get a large cup of ice and Large cup of ice water. I got told they couldn't do either of those. Plus I got something to eat. I don't drink soda and I can't handle the Lemonade alot. So what would they like me to drink? I also like the ice.
