Food takes forever when the restaurant is half empty. Almost no alcohol in the drinks. All around disappointing.

This place is an absolute joke. I was there yesterday and presented my ID to the bartender, and she took it and served me my drink. Everything was fine. I showed up again today, and there was an older brunette lady who requested my ID. I handed it over to her and she said “We don’t accept vertical ID’s.” What?? I’ve never heard of such a thing.

I left a review for Drew inside on the payment machine, but had to come on here and leave another. Drew has truly given me the best service I have received in a long time.

Bon Bon our server was fantastic he knew the menu inside and out , bon bon friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made our dining experience truly special.

Beware, Poor Service. My wife and order door-dash order. Quesadillas, Cheese Burger and soup. Quesadillas were burn.Can’t believe a cook would send them out the Kitchen. I call back to speak with manager the said he was to busy. Never got any kind of credit card return nothing.We now would have a problem returning to this Chili’s in Linthicum Nursery Road.

They messed up my order and didn’t bring one of the orders out and the food wasn’t good.

Excellent food quality and service at this location! Our waitress came up maybe every 15 mins to ask if we needed anything which was exceptional to me - I really appreciated the drive and dedication to serving our small group!

Great food! Great atmosphere! Ericka is the GREATEST!!!! She used to work at the chili's in Bowie. What a wonderful surprise to see her when i walked in the door!! A great place is nothing without great employees!!
