Chipotle Mexican Grill

Staff was rude. Food was ok. Was about 45 minutes before closing and all of the chairs were stacked on the tables. There were no napkins, no flatware, the beverages were gone. The floor was filthy. We had to eat our food in the car in the parking lot after getting forks from a gas station.

This is not my local Chipotle, Security Blvd is and I take this ride every time. The quality of food and customer service is exceptional.

Ordered my food on Uber Eats and specified that I did not want beans and got them on my food anyway.

I took a chance despite the mixed reviews. The meat portions were stingy, the dining area was filthy, and the service was rude.

Meat portion: they gave me half as much as my usual chipotle

Atmosphere: music was a little loud, but my main complaint was the mess. The service counter was messy with rice everywhere and I had a hard time finding a table without food or trash on or around it. Also there was a drug addict begging for money in front of the restaurant from every patron.

Service: Served with a frown by a grumpy young woman after standing at the counter being ignored by the staff for two minutes. Also she forgot to give me my drink cup and when I politely asked for it, she looked at me like I had just asked her to kill a puppy.

Hopefully Chipotle reads this review and can give this place an attitude adjustment.

The meat portions are very small and when you ask for a little more they have an attitude and only put 4 more pieces. I feel chipotle has gone down hill over the years and the prices have only gone up.

Great Service and Portions
I went to the Chipotle at 1622 W Nursery Rd, Linthicum Heights, MD 21090 and ordered a carne asada bowl. Unlike other locations, they served me the proper portion size right away without me even having to ask.

The food was fresh, the staff was efficient, and I left satisfied. Even though this location charges about 30 cents more, it is worth it for the consistency and fairness in portions.

I will definitely return to this location over others in the area.

I cannot comment on the food or atmosphere as we ordered catering for an event at work ($355 worth of food).
They never showed. They never called.
I tried calling them only to be stuck in some endless phone loop recording or speaking to someone where English is questionably their second language, which led to even more frustration.
Stuck on the phone for an hour trying to determine where the food is at for this big event.
I wish I could say this was the first time this happened (it's the second time). If you're up for this Chipotle, visit, dont order online because God help you if there is a mistake and you have to call.

I visited this restaurant and the trash can was over filled also I noticed there were no lids on food so it appeared their beans were drying out. I wasn't impressed with my first and last visit

Night shift employees at this location are lost in the eyes. Key ingredients are often missing or under stocked. Employees have neglected to give sides due to being concerned with playing loud ratchet music from a RGB speaker in the back of the kitchen on top of the existing music playlist. Just blaring awful music, not on theme or consistent with brand. Unpleasant attitudes, the only redeeming quality is the line cooks’ consistency. Food tastes as is expected but front of house staff needs to be retrained. Total incompetence. I only come here out of convenience because it’s the only thing open during my lunch break. Pales in comparison to other Chipotle’s in the area.
