Food serving is cheap.
They need to stop being greedy with the serving of meats.
And the guacamole is not smashed and with huge pieces of onions in it.

D I S G U S T I N G ! The server actually swept rice off the serving counter and tossed it BACK INTO THE serving dish. SMDH the servers were so busy chatting amongst themselves that they couldn't pay attention to the customers. Horrible experience ? Since I can't give a ZERO star rating I am forced to give them ONE star they really don't deserve even ONE.

Worst service at a Chipotle yet. Man behind the counter was rude. When I asked for black beans he said no more and immediately turn and threw the bowl in the trash. They need training in customer service.

This was the single-handedly worst experience I have ever had at chipotle. My order was flat out wrong, the chips were bland, the chipotle vinegarette was watered down and awful. It represented everything wrong with modern chipotle. Completely turned me off to the establishment for at least a couple weeks.

My coworkers and I usually use this Chipotle for lunch about once a week. The food is good and always ready on time and the employees are nice. Today, the food was amazing and the employee that handed me our pick up order, was excellent!

I ordered through doordash and I never received my chips and dip but i did get my food, it was sealed so i know the driver didnt take it and it also says my order on the bag! I did put a request for a refund in through doordash but its almost like the chipotle deliberatly didnt pack my stuff??? my order was correct though.
