Good food, very friendly people with amazing customer service, and clean bathrooms!
It was great! The food was delicious and the server was very nice and friendly and very helpful with recommendations on menu items. And thankfully it wasn't crowded when we came!
Breakfast
Every time I have visited the Cracker Barrel on West Nursery Rd, I leave with a smile. Good service, good food, silverware and glasses are clean .
Pancakes came with no syrup or butter.
Asking for a review. Cracker Barrel is a joke some. Unless you dine in, delivery is a big joke. We ordered 4 meals, only 1 was right, 1 was missing completely, one was wrong, and one two sides were missing. I have contacted Cracker Barrel before. Nothing changes. It never gets any better. I keep wanted to give them business. Door Dash had also called me complaining that they have waited a long time in store for my order.
The staff is great. This locations is clean and great food. I love it. š„° o
Service was one of the worst Iāve ever had. Took 25 mins to get the drinks we ordered. Itās been almost an hour and still waiting on food. No apology and no check in to see if we need anything or let us know what the wait is.
One of my favorite places
Steak was tough. Meatloaf was cold. The sides were good.

Cracker Barrel, what a disappointment. We went in expecting a hearty, comforting meal and left frustrated, hungry, and ripped off. The meatloaf was dry, burnt to a crisp, and completely inedibleālike it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The baked potato? Raw and cold. How do you mess up a baked potato?
We ordered meals that came with three sides eachāwe were charged for all of them but only got two sides per plate. When we pointed it out, the server shrugged and said theyād get a manager. That manager never came. We waited 15 minutes while our server completely avoided our table.
Eventually, we were so fed up we just paid the full bill and left. No accountability, no apology, no solution. For a restaurant that prides itself on Southern hospitality, this was the polar opposite.
Save your time and money. Cracker Barrel used to be decent, but if this is the standard now, Iāll take my chances with a gas station sandwich over this mess any day.
Workers are always friendly, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable
Glad to try the Campfire Grill meals. I had the baked chicken. Chicken was very moist. Plenty of carrots and 2 small red potatoes. Could use a bit more seasoning, but was good. The cinnamon rolls were fabulous. Want to come back to try the Smore!
Service was very good! Waitress offered advice about meals! As always I love to shop the goodies in the store! Thank you!
On Wednesday, May 7th this was one of the worst experiences I ever had in a restaurant. We were greeted (party of 2) and asked to wait to be seated. After over 5 minutes the host returned to seat us. While waiting the manager asked if we had been helped and addressed the host regarding the time we were waiting when she returned. There was only 8-10 people in the restaurant on a weekday at 3:30pm.
My son ordered a burger with fries, the burger was served without the fries which came later to the table.
I ordered the camp fire chicken and was given the campfire beef. The waitress took the campfire beef back and returned with the campfire chicken which was undercooked the chicken was pink. When I showed the waitress the issue with the chicken she said no problem we will put it back in the oven for another 10-15minutes. Iām not sure if that was the correct thing to do with my food shouldnāt I have received a fresh fully cooked meal.
This was an unpleasant FIRST visit from beginning to end.
I placed a online order saw them place my food upfront and said Iām here for my online order showed the blonde hair young lady up front my order # and she said go to the back of the restaurant for DoorDash I said Iām not DoorDash she wouldnāt give my food
I went to the back and had to wait for them to āfindā my order even though it was up front. All of this could have been avoided if the people at the cash register would have listened when I said Iām not DoorDash Iām an online order. Clearly online orders were being handed out up front and DoorDash in back.
