we were there today and spent more than two hours to be attended, and finally we left the place and nobody came to explain what was wrong, and the restaurant didn't was full of people , look like the management isn't able to run the place.

Went here for a birthday party of 14. Food was cold and did not get food for over an hour. Very disappointed

My brother and I ordered our food at the same time you can see in the photo he finished his meal before they even brought mine and my mashed potatoes and gravy were cold outside.

We went on Thanksgiving day of 2024. It was overcrowded could not walk through the store or through the tables without bumping into people. While we had no waitt and got seated fairly quickly, the ordering and receiving of our food process was very poor. First off, the waiter begins to tell me that they only have the Thanksgiving meal not the other two dinners they were serving that day. He then proceeded to go check on that when he returned to our table, he said what do y’all want and I said we’re waiting on you to answer us whether the other dishes are available or not. He says Yeah what do you want and had an attitude problem. as if that wasn’t enough when the food gets there. We only have four out of our five meals. One of the meals was missing the dinner roll and the pie slice. We was missing a whole plate altogether and two of the veggie plates, The food was swapped with each other. They weren’t the right order so we put the order in again for the fifth plate and to get the stuff off the other two plates that were missing…low and behold, he brings out the same exact order again, still completely wrong and blames it on the kitchen. I spoke to a manager who disappeared into the kitchen and never came back and I still had to pay full price for the meal. I ended up eating my meal cold because I wanted to make sure everybody else got their meal…utterly ridiculous Service especially for a holiday. Shouldn’t have had to pay $80 For a cold meal and couldn’t have a conversation with my family because it was so freaking loud in there. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a heat and serve thanksgiving dinner for four to six people for pick up and it went very smoothly. The food was very delicious as well.

Still rated this 5 stars despite a couple of things that could be improved. The overall quality of the Family Feast for the value was great. I do wish they would reconsider the turkey gravy. It really isn’t good and maybe leaving the pecans off of the sweet potatoes as some people have nut allergies. Also, allowing purchasers the option for desserts would be nice. Otherwise with a few tweaks this meal was homemade quality and I would definitely repurchase next year.

The food is great, but.....I go here for the country store that one must walk through before entering the restaurant. Great prices and gift ideas. Fun, fun, fun
