We love the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store and are glad the folks trying to make unnecessary and unwanted changes are walking it back. Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is always welcoming. It employs and serves a huge diversity of people. It is warm and cozy. I ‘m sorry they felt the need to remove some of the decor, declutter?, and cut down on items from the gift shop. I loved it the way it was. It is not a stripped down fern bar and was never meant to be. We still love it and will continue to eat there and shop in the gift shop. Those who seek to make ridiculous changes to it please stop. The Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is a wonderful comforting place. Please keep it that way.

The service could have been better. Requested: well done steak, received rare ( disappointing). Pancakes was good , and the iced tea was delicious. The waitress could have been more attentive than she was. Especially due to the fact it wasn’t busy.

Went in to check out the store. The prices are astronomical. They use to have very reasonable prices not anymore. I will not be back

I used to love Cracker Barrel. This place though, has HORRIBLE service and the food is hit or miss. The food RARELY comes out hot - like, what do the servers do?? Do they sit around and wait for your food to get room temperature then decide to serve it to you?? The last time I went was the last straw. It was pretty packed, as usual for weekend breakfast. But I didn’t see our server for most of the meal - not even helping other tables. It’s like she took our order and disappeared for 30 minutes. Then she brings our food out and it’s practically cold! It wasn’t even a complicated order - eggs, bacon, and pancakes. If you want good, hot food, and refills for your coffee, drive right on by this place.

Rachel P was blatantly rude and inattentive. We had to ask two other ppl for napkins and the check. I highly suggest retraining her.

Not sure what happened to this place but we were sat for 15-20 mins and no one acknowledged us even though we had multiple servers come by. We finally went up and asked the host where our server was and waited another 10 minutes before we just got up and left. There was another table that was trying to flag down their server and was ignored. Then we watched a couple get sat at a dirty table, there were multiple dirty table with dishes and no one seemed to have any sense of urgency or a care in the world, the place is a mess and not run well.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just have to give a huge shoutout to Abbi at the Cracker Barrel in Linthicum Heights. Wherever they found her, they struck gold! She is absolutely amazing — bubbly, warm, and the perfect person to greet guests at the door. Her personality shines the moment you walk in. She talks to people in such an open and friendly way that you instantly feel welcome. Abbi has that rare gift of turning someone’s entire day around just with her energy and kindness. Cracker Barrel truly has the right person at the front — she’s everything you’d want in a first impression!
