My sister and I visited the Cracker Barrel location may 3, around 6:45 am, on W. Nursery rd in Maryland. The service was awful. The food was ok at best. Our bacon came out burnt, and our biscuit and gravy were cold, but the server wouldn’t know that because she dropped our food to us and never came back. We literally had to go up front to get our check. Our server named Jalissa was sitting at a table texting, when we walked by to go get our check. She never checked on us or got any refills. We were one of maybe 5 tables, I don’t know how this place would operate had it been busy. On the bright side the lady who checked us out was lovely

Just very noisy! Our server, Mama Karen, is excellent. We couldn't ask for any better service!
Service was great, Jada did her job well. Food was alright the french toast was thin but the chicken was delicious. They need to carry Franks Hot sauce for the Catfish and chicken, sweet tea was all that and bottomkess.

UPDATE- while we had great service on Saturday, Sunday was a totally different experience unfortunately. We had to wait once seated, the coffee was lukewarm and by the time we received our food it was cold. This was really disappointing because we arrived earlier and it wasn’t crowded.If you go on a Saturday go before 9am or there will most likely be a wait!! Our server was great and very personable and kept making sure we didn’t need anything. They have impossible sausage!!Vegetarian options: They have impossible sausage as the breakfast “meat” option.
