I’m very disappointed with my recent order from Domino’s. The pizza was honestly disgusting—poorly made, barely cooked, and the quality was nowhere near what I expect from this location. On top of that, the service was extremely terrible. My order was handled carelessly, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all about fixing the issue. I would have given this no stars if I could .

** Buyer Beware**
Very disappointed with this location. Not our normal store, but the order was placed online and this store fulfilled our order. Pizza arrived undercooked and doughy. Took the pizzas back to the store and requested a refund. The store manager acknowledge that it was under cooked and claimed the problem was due to the dough they used wasn't made in house?? I believe this normal practice for Dominos so not sure why this would be an issue. I was told that they would take photos and submit for a refund approval and that it would take in 3 to 5 days for a response??? ( No, not 3-5 days to see the refund in my account. You read that correctly!) Assistant Manager in store apparently wasn't authorized to give refunds... I've called corporate and they're suppose send a message to the location to reach out to me but I haven't heard back. Corp. Customer service did share that this is an independent location that should be equipped to issue refunds independently. I'm very disappointed with this experience. Pizza Tigers LLC is the name of the franchise. I would check the individual franchisee information before purchasing from a location. They are are doing Dominos a disservice. The fact that you spend this much time and effort for a refund is ridiculous. $100 down the drain...

I've been coming here fairly often over the last three years, and frustratingly, every single visit has been missing something I needed. They're always out of plates, parmesan, or pepper flakes, and sometimes they skimp on napkins too. The food is standard Domino's fare, but be prepared to supply your own plates and condiments for your pizza.

I live in South Baltimore. Love dominoes . But I'm a huge critic for quality and consistency. I skip two other dominoes and drive further to come here . My order is perfect every time. No matter who is working .

I regret choosing the Domino’s in Linthicum Heights, MD, to take advantage of their unlimited toppings promo. Unfortunately, this location fell short in multiple areas. I asked for extra onions and mushrooms, but the amount they put on my pizza was so minimal it barely met what other Domino’s locations would consider a normal serving. It was frustrating to pay extra for so little.
The biggest letdown, however, was the crust. I typically choose Domino’s over other fast-food pizza places because of their Hand Tossed crust, which is usually seasoned with a delicious garlic-oil blend. Sadly, this pizza had almost no garlic flavor at all. It was clear they skimped on the seasoning, and I could barely taste it. It made the entire pizza feel bland and disappointing.
Overall, this pizza was a waste of calories, and I regret not choosing a different Domino’s location or even a different fast-food pizza chain. I won’t be returning to this location again.
