Domino's Pizza

I am still getting over the severe food poisoning I got two nights ago. I know it was from dominos because it was the only thing I ate that day and I was sick the next morning. I'd personally would love a refund bc of how sick I am and I can't eat what I had left over since it made me so sick. I love dominos pizza and it's always been my go to. But not after this experience. I've never felt this sick before and I had to postpone an interview.

This is the worst Dominos I ever ordered you can check the pictures and see what kind of service they do i place my order 12:55pm they take forever to delivery a cold pizza and chicken wings !!!

I ordered $50 in food. Pizza, wings and a 2liter. The driver shows up with the wrong 2 liter, flashed a different receipt saying it's correct. It wasn't my address. The pizza box was crushed and they forgot my sauces for the wings. $50 in food and a $10 tip and they call that service. I tried to call before I wrote the review. I was on hold 15 minutes.

a delivery driver took $5 out of my account twice to use for a tip without my permission

Please excuse my eaten pizza but I had to photo bomb 💣 this pizza 🍕. I love for my pizza to look like this I swear to god. There was a slight hiccup in my order I called within a hour to check on it the mistake I got on the phone with Michelle she is an angel 👼 and she informed me she made my pizza I was too thrilled to hear I was speaking to the chef thank you girl !! I couldn’t thank her enough. I promise you if you’re a nice customer you will definitely receive nice customer service. TJ if you’re reading this please high five 🖐️ her . I can’t thank her enough for her phenomenal customer service 💜🫧☺️✨ Thank you again .

Both pictures attached were meant to be philly cheese steak with normal crust. One has basically nothing on it (They were out of green peppers, but had the rest). And the second one which was a remake has hot sauce added on top, for flair points I guess since philly cheese doesn't get hot sauce added on top.

Probs just a new hire teen, but golly gumdrops this was a bad experience.

Terrible management. We ordered the 19.99 special and paid for extra icing for the cinnamon rolls.they sent one we called and they said they were sending them out. A Jr went by no icing.called again they said they were sending it out.wells guess what here it is 4am in the morning not one icing was delivered.hardly any cheese on the pizzas.this was ordered on night shift.absolutely horrible customer service.probably will never order from there again
