Every morning I go to get a bagel. I ask for toasted bagel. Never have I ever gotten one that was actually toasted! Today….not even warm! Just bread basically! Definitely done with giving chances and will not be returning since a bagel can’t be done. Other issues also with not getting stuff I’ve paid for. So sad because I don’t have those issue anywhere else. Love dunkin but food isn’t worth it here.

Visiting from Ca for a week. Stayed at the Westin hotel . This store was 2 1/2 miles from me. I chose this store over the one only 1/2 miles from the hotel. Service was great, used drive thru, attitude was fantastic, greeted you with a smile, also gave a senior discount. We had the old fashion donuts each time and two medium coffees which didn’t disappoint . Thank you Dunkin!!!

Why are yall making food with no gloves? that’s gross!! Idk if he’s a manager or what but normally he’s in the window. He has dark hair and tall. Used his hands to grab an egg and sausage out the tray as if we can’t see the kitchen from the DT window? I can only imagine what we don’t see. That goes against all health codes!

We have stopped going to this location.
I feel like this dunkin definitely waters down the cold brew. There are days it looks more like iced tea than coffee.
Sometimes i order black and its watered down. When i order my normal with cream and sugar, it is way to creamy and way too sweet because it is so diluted with water.
Either put the right amount of cold brew packets when you make it, or stop diluting it afterwards with water.

Change the closing time if you aren’t going to take orders at 8:50pm. That’s a full 10 minutes until closing and you want to say that you will NOT take anymore orders? What’s the point of saying you’re closing at 9pm then.

This is the only location I go to. They are hands down the most down to earth courteous people I've interacted with. And they almost know my usual lol.

Everything is good. Forget the summer heat, you can enjoy your donut and drink and experience a “Winter” atmosphere everyday.
You read it correctly - it’s pretty cold in the store. You will live the Winter everyday. There’s snow inside flake ❄️
I confirmed the inside temperature reached 32°F at some point (or at least it feels like it) 🥶

I go here regularly. Most people use the drive thru which backs up onto the road and blocks the entrance and exit sometimes.
If you walk in it's really quick and they sre very pleasant and good at remembering regulars.

I'm giving this Dunkin 5 stars based on expectations when visiting a Dunkin. They do a good job of preparing the food/drinks, they keep the eating area clean, and they're super fast and helpful. My favorite Dunkin in this area!

Disappointing. I arrived early Friday evening with family for specialty drinks. The place was empty. The person taking the 3 drink order seemed disinterested and subsequently got the order wrong. Another employee stepped up and fixed the order. Due to said employee, it wasn't a wasted trip.
