I’ve been a daily Dunkin’ customer for years, often visiting once or twice a day, but my experience at the Linthicum, MD location (Store #349203) today was extremely disappointing.
I bought a coffee and, just minutes after leaving the drive-thru, it spilled all over me. I returned immediately and politely asked the employee, Vera, if she could remake the drink. Instead of helping, she was rude, combative, and accusatory, telling me people “always lie” about spills and that she wouldn’t remake the drink.
When I asked to speak with a manager, she refused and closed the window on me. I couldn’t go inside because my infant was in the car, yet she gave me no alternative and continued to be unprofessional. She even initially refused to give the store number when I asked.
I love Dunkin’, but this level of customer service was unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location until the staff is trained to treat customers with basic respect.

The experience is extremely similar to a vending machine.You go up you slide your card, you pay, you get food.You leave, there's no customer service, no bathroom, no place to sit down, no place to wash your hands.If I wanted this experience, I would go to evening machine.Save yourself time , just go to a vending machine , same experience

Made me order on a computer that did not print me recipe. Than they left my donut holes off the order and claimed I never ordered it. If they had just taken my order in-person when no one else was in the store this would have happened

Bad experience, the guy that took my order today was rushing , I asked for caramel all in my cup before my drink went in , a lady come up and I tell her that they didn’t sprinkle the brown sugar on top but she still gave it as is , me trying to tell her that , made me forget to get my munchkin donuts , and I was on break so didn’t have time to go back , and now I just called to speak to someone and they sayin call back tomorrow just for me to get a refund , then there prices are higher then any other dunkin , unprofessional, un patient , bad customer service, I will be call back , my order was places 9:23am my ticket number was 4397 , October 8th , very unsatisfied with this location , think twice before going , I left out nd a customer said to write a review nd I wasn’t at first but then I realized they never gave me my munchkin donuts nd now I’m upset like wat the helly

Bitter coffee, subpar hash browns. I can't remember having coffee that bad at any other dunkin' location. And the person at the pickup window seemed miserable. No smile, no words, nothing. Very unpleasant. The customer should never be smiling more than the employee. He could have at least attempted to fake it. Will not be returning

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE !! The lady at the drive through was constantly rushing me and cutting me off while I was trying to order. And then the coffee was flavored water. This Dunkin needs some serious changes 😒😒.

Placed a order today at 2:13 showed up to pick up my order showed my phone with the order number 6 different times had to argue with both workers who the taller man just stood there and laughed at me and my friend and wouldn’t look up the order just kept saying no order no order
