Bitter coffee, subpar hash browns. I can't remember having coffee that bad at any other dunkin' location. And the person at the pickup window seemed miserable. No smile, no words, nothing. Very unpleasant. The customer should never be smiling more than the employee. He could have at least attempted to fake it. Will not be returning

We had to wait for someone to serve us, because none of the staff even looks at us (it seems like no one is working here) Then we asked for the key so my daughter could use the bathroom (there is only one bathroom) and no one knew where it was. We practically only bought coffee so my daughter could use the bathroom because it was an emergency.
