Food takes forever to get

I frequent this location due to its convenient location and usually mobile order a hot chocolate and it's ready when I get there. The only problem is that most of the time instead of a hot chocolate they pour coffee instead. Due to religious reasons I don't drink coffee so it's upsetting when I've spent $3-4 on something I can't drink.

Went in two nights in a row this week, same nice girl was working alone, she was super quick with my order and very delightful. 10/10 service!

Owner never has enough people working and it always takes forever anytime more than 3 customers are there. The employees there are very nice though, not their fault!

I walked over from my hotel and ordered a cold coffee with whipped cream topped with grahams. Malikye was my coffeemaker for the day and he was very polite.

They ALWAYS get myborder right and the Iced Coffee is always fresh with that amazing New England taste!

The cashier was super friendly and helpful! The lady making the bagel order stingy with the cream cheese. Spent $25 on donuts and bagel.
