Very expensive
If you want delicious and authentic Mexican this is the place. The staff is always nice and attentive!
I got the chicken enchiladas with verde sauce and it was good. Decent portion size.
Very small restaurant, with amazing food and service! The aqua frecas are AMAZING!!!
I’m from Arizona - Mexican Panamanian. I was looking for some authentic Mexican food and it has been hard to find it on the east coast. THIS IS THE PLACE. I ordered the birria tacos and it tasted like home. The flavors were perfect. Very underrated place - you don’t need flashy whitewashed atmosphere, this place is just perfect having a TV with soccer on it. 10/10 would recommend.
I ordered steak tacos. The steak had zero flavor and was tough. This is the first time I've had bad tacos.
Looks are deceiving but the food is so worth it! A small place but so glad I found the spot. Food tasted fresh and delicious

My family had just arrived in Baltimore on a Sunday evening, so we had to dine somewhere nearby. We found El Sombrero and decided to give them a try after reading the online reviews.
Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with El Sombrero. The meals were very small for what we paid for.
The restaurant doesn't seem very sanitary. My wife got hit with food-borne illness and it ruined our trip, so I'd caution you to look elsewhere.
Also, don't order any bottled drinks. They charged me $5 for each water bottle.

At first glance, El Sabor Mexicano may not catch your eye, but don't let the modest exterior fool you—this place is a hidden gem. The food was incredibly fresh and packed with authentic flavors that made every bite a delight. From the tacos to the enchiladas, everything tasted homemade and full of heart.
The natural juices were a standout, with vibrant, refreshing flavors that perfectly complemented the meal. And to top it off, the prices were surprisingly reasonable, making it an affordable spot for such high-quality Mexican cuisine. Highly recommend!

Note, they put a grilled jalapeño that looks juat like one of those not really spicy Japanese peppers, but they are definately hot AF. Not a bad thing. But prepare yourself.
Otherwise the chips and guacamole were 5/5.
The pineapple juice was 5/5.
The tacos were 4.7/5.
The bathroom was 5/5 clean. Didn't have a changing table. So I was on the fence about deducting a whole point for that. But it was super clean.
All and all a great dining experience.
Parking: At least parking for 50 cars.

Probably the best Mexican food I have had on the east coast. Authentic, tasty, and reasonably priced. It's a weekly stop for me for lunch when I wanna treat myself. Highly recommend the tacos!

I eat here about once every 3 months. Usually get the Carne Asada,. The chips have always been fresh and the salsa hot. Highly recommend but they are a little pricey.
