Worst burger ever. The burger was cold. The cheese wasn’t melted. Patty was burnt. I wouldn’t consider Hardee’s fast food because it took about 10 minutes and was still barely edible .

I ordered a number one with no lettuce and extra tomatoes and upon receiving my food my sandwich had lettuce on it and the entire burger was cold. Cheese wasn’t melted or anything. The only thing hot were my fries. I went in to ask for my money and they weren’t rude hut seemed very nonchalant and there was not apology extended and i felt like they did not care. Hard pass for me.

I went to get some burgers and they refused to give me the family discount I am entitled to. That discount is good for all Hardee's and Carl Jr's but they refused to honor it. I will be calling corporate in the morning.

Ordered on app picked up 5 minutes later and they gave me cold fries colder then my exs heart and the burger was Luke warm for some overpriced food it should atleast be hot when you're paying 23$ for two burger combos STEP YOU'RE GAME UP HARDEE'S

Everytime I use the drive through at Hardee's Jada always say hello will you be using the app today? When I get to the window she always greets me with a smile, she's very patient, friendly, and provides excellent customer service skills. She treats me like a valued customer. When I asked her can she make me fresh apple pies she always say yes and let's me know how long it will take for them to be ready. Thank you very much Jada!!! I greatly appreciate you!!!
