This location is super cramped and tiny. It’s claustrophobic, and dead inside save for the faint droning of equipment fans.

Jimmy John's is one of the best priced sandwich shops ever. The people are this particular store were super nice and had my sandwich done in a jiffy. I will definitely be back!!!!

The girls working the need to speak more English the sandwich was made before i had a chance to tell them what I wanted on it. Too much Mayonnaise that I did not want. It would have been nice to have been asked what i wanted on it I'm sure they have more than lettuce and tomatoes .

Standard boring ham and turkey sandwiches. I’d stop by every day if they got creative and offered bologna and cheese, liver wurst and mustard, peanut butter and jelly, ham and fried egg, etc. yum yum 😋

Was not asked what I want on my sandwich. Then I asked after I heard the sandwich being wrapped up and was told it comes with tomato lettuce and onion. Did not seem as if they wanted to customer to have what they wanted. Never been to a sub shop that does that

I just started a job in the area yesterday and decided to go for lunch to jimmy johns as I wanted a deli sandwich since it is so hot outside. I had never eaten at Jimmy Johns before so I decided to give it a try. That’s where the fun stops. Upon entering the store was crowded so I felt this was obviously a delicious place since so many people were here during the it lunch break. I ordered the country club. I asked for a #11 thinking ok that’s the combo for $12.59 since I was on a budget. The lady Roxana charged just for the sandwich and when I asked for the receipt she said I could get it when I pick up my sandwich at the end of the bar. I had about ten minutes left to get back to site and eat. The couple before me ordered something similar to me but the must’ve gave them my sandwich and the they wanted a refund. I asked for my cup while I waited and was told I didn’t ask for a combo so I was only charged for the sandwich. I was instantly irritated because why not ask someone if they want the meal? Or confirm with a person that they are only paying for the sandwich! I was then charged SEPARATELY for the drink and the chips which came to an additional $5.00 after already paying almost $10 just for the sandwich. I take my sandwich and run to my car to get back to my job on time . Sit in the car and open my Sandwich, take a few bites and what do I have ? The other person Sandwich which had onions, pickles, hots and NO TOMATO???I took pictures and plan to return the for a FULL REFUND! Customer service was definitely lacking and I’m not even hard to please! Now I’m hungry and have to go back to work starving with 4 more hours to go! Thanks a lot Jimmy Johns, I’ll never return except to get my money back today when I get off work

$15 for a tortilla with lettuce and one thin slice of turkey. Most disappointing lunch I've had in years.

You can always rely on Jimmy John's sandwiches for a satisfying meal. During my recent stay and layover at the BWI Marriott airport location, I ordered a turkey Tom sandwich for delivery. To my delight, when I went down to the reception from my room, the sandwich was already there, and it was exactly as I had ordered—100% accurate. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience!
