My son just went to pick up his mobile order in the lobby. They have the door locked, refused to give him our mobile order unless he goes through the drive thru. He is 14!!! Why allow us to place an order if you can’t pick it up how you asked! And I e called 10 times! No answer! Terrible service!

I absolutely love the chicken pot pies and mashed potatoes and gravy. I couldn't live off eating them every day. If you haven't treated yourself to a chicken pot pie , u have no idea what ur missing. Please take the time to try 1. I promise you won't be sorry.

Dirty, rude staff, bathroom had pee and poop on the floor. Took food home instead and did got all my pieces of chicken only got 12 pueces inatead of 16 plus only 2 biscuits on a $52 family meal.

I came in , the manager was in the back looked at me and she kept doing what she was doing . She never greeted me or anything . Waited 4 whole mins for someone to come assist to hand me my order which was already done and ready . Horrible customer service . Highly don’t recommend. Thank you to the kind young black lady who came and helped me.

The service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and neat. I liked the pictures on the wall of the colonel visiting different parts of the world. Also, the patrons were friendly and seemed like repeat customers. The only minor issue is that I had the bowl, and it was SMOTHERED with gravy.
