Chicken was dried ou. Not the fresh soft chicken I remember eating years ago. I've noticed that KFC restaurants outside of the USA have better chicken. I did the drive thru so can't rate the atmosphere.

Please do not get food from this establishment. We ordered three spicy chicken Littles and three regular. One of the regular chicken Littles wasn’t edible because it had some type of plastic in the chicken. I ate 1/2 of a regular chicken little and am now violently sick. I had to quit eating it half way through because it just didn’t taste right.

We waited literally 47 minutes for chicken, if I hadn't pre-paid online and didn't want to wait days for a refund I would have requested one. Food was good.

Ordered food get all the way home to find out it’s not all there call KFC 10 plus times no answer. Now have to waste more time and money to go all the way back to tell someone what happened with my food order. I will not be ordering from this place ever again

I went to this location on Hammond Ferry Road at this KFC, and it was very dirty. They overcharged me twice $30.07 the night before so I went back the next day to get a reimbursement of my money. I talked with the assistant supervisor who told me I had to wait for the supervisor. I waited for 45 minutes while she sat in her car she came in. I told her that the problem was that before I could even get it out she told me I wasn’t waiting on her. She doesn’t run that store. She’s there temporarily which had nothing to do with me in my money. She proceeded to go over to assistance Supervisor, and started talking to her and ignored me so I went over there to listen and she said excuse me can I help you funny the attitude the atmosphere was definitely at a 0% it got to the point where I had to ask her can they refund my money back to my card instead of doing so she ignored me and told me to get out the store that she was gonna call the police. I told her I would wait for the police to arrive in which I did outside. The police pulled up. I told her the situation and that they charged me twice on my card and that's just trying to explain to this active supervisor what was going on and that she was very belligerent and nasty and I will never go there again. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to The restaurant is a zero for me. I was on the phone with my Bank not to mention when she was doing all that and my bank said we’re just gonna refund your money. The lady is nasty. I just cannot believe it then God there was a customer that overheard everything and she spoke well to the police outside. Whoever is the general manager of that establishment they used to train or get rid of certain people who work. It's been a long time ruining their business.!

Either they are short staffed or just incompetent in managing orders and food production. When you have multiple people waiting for their orders, some 30+ minutes, and cannot get a handle on cooking enough chicken or the orders right, it's incompetence and lack of accountability. If this is KFCs attempt to rebrand itself and win customers back, I would call it an epic failure.

The chicken was cooked wrong and didn't taste like any KFC we have eaten at before. The front door area smelt like urine. The lobby was also dirty and all the tables and chairs had Filth on them. Can't get over how gross.

Yesterday Sunday July 13th it was after 5:00 p.m.
I wish I took pictures of my food but I was so disappointed I just threw it away. My food was hard as a rock and cold I couldn't even pull it apart with my hands it's ridiculous when you pay your money for something you don't want to go and experience anything like this hopefully management or corporate do something about this establishment because it's truly sad. I had to give you a 1 star but if I could it will be zero... Please do better for the next customer

The service is terrible. This place is open and always turn away doorway and Uber drivers with lame excuses. Either the place is not open until 11:00 am with was stated today at 10:48 am or the food you ordered they don't have no more. Just ridiculous. I just reported them. To add these people are rude and disrespectful. All younhave to do is contact Uber eats and doordash customers and drivers complaints. I assure you there are many. So sad. A BIG MANAGEMENT PROBLEM!

These people are rude,nasty, incompetent. Spoke to a black female about my doordash order. She was rude, kept silent and when zi asked her was there a problem with my order she abruptly hung up. The food is always old and/or wrong order. This been their usual habit. Why isn't someone doing something about this place. Who can I contact.
